shot out to sifu Greg LeBlanc out in bay area. One of Sifu gary Lam most talented former student now a sifu and such a deep understanding of the true wsl gary lam wing chun system. The way he teaches with patience and clarity makes him a great sifu in his own right. Shot out to his student the boxer, I totally forgot your name. But I definitely remember your face and had so much fun chi saoing with you at gary's camp. Hope everyone at sifu greg's camp is doing well. Take care. Happy Chinese new year.

Thank you for your words. My Friend and Masters is on a level where I can not reach. "this life is fair, you get what you put in" which is exactly what I thought in a moment of despair.

He's a big guy,not everyone has Bruce Lee's physique. Sifu Gary Lam is also a big guy. But belive you me,they are healthy. There is a saying "A teacher will be found, only when the student is ready". If you want "perfect" and healthy body (I imagine that is what vegan's pursue but to no avail) ,go do Yoga. Skip Wing Chun. Wing Chun is a fighting art. Those that promote it solely as a healthy art, never fought in their lives. Real self defense is brutal,it's not a game. This lineage wont teach you ballet, but fighting skills.

Really head? When the height difference is bigger then smaller person will maintain hitting head always will lose. Wing chun punches generate biggest power when their movement comes from the lvl of solar plexus. Rising up hands kinda destroys wing chun structure and less power can be generated. Rest, sure, ok, good school. All the best.
