I have problem likr i always tightning and relaxing the buttocks with external spinchter muscle and it is becoming obsessive and unable to forgot my thinking about this for better understanding for example you blink your eyes continuously it is a involuntary action but im trying to take control over it and making it voluntary action same happiness with my anus,. Butthole etc im just contraction it and expanding it again and again pls help me with this problem
