Dude, this is exactly what I've been looking for. On my E46 I haven't had much trouble with the jack stand posts on my HF aluminum 3 ton stands damaging my jacking points but my F25 X3 and it's chunky ass had damage on the jacking points the first time I put it in the air. This will be perfect and make me feel much safer spending time under both of them. For less than $90 for 4 of them, I am stoked.
Thank you for the additional link that you provided to one of the comments. It was a good video and description. I have a mini 2017 countryman. I can see now the collaboration of bmw and Toyota with the Supra by looking at the jack points. I'm looking to figure out where to jack my mini so I can use the jack points with jacks. I also saw that it's okay to drop the jack points onto the regular jack stands.
Is the force supposed to be inside the jack pads? Not on the edge and the inside? I.e. The protution of the jack stand adapter shall be higher than the depth of jack pad, to avoid having pressure on the edge instead of inside. Is this correct?
@@HaiTran BMW would most likely want you to buy their BMW branded OEM adapters. They would say if you buy BMW original there is nothing to ponder about :)
ESCO jack stands are currently $56.99 each. Four stands equal $227.96 before taxes. Then you factor in the price of the adapters that sit on the stands. The adapters range in price. Let’s say they cost $10 each so $40 for four. $227.96 (stands) + $40 (adapters) = $267.96 total before taxes but that can be much more depending on the price of the adapters. The adapters shown in this video range in price but let’s overestimate and say they’re $50 for a pair. Two pairs to accommodate all corners equals $100. $267.96 (ESCO + adapters) - $100 (these adapters) = $167.96 difference in price. Even if you don’t own jack stands and have to buy them to be used with the adapters, you’re likely to still save $100. It’s understandable that you don’t get my logic as math can be difficult for some.

Good luck!
Thanks for posting your price at the time. The base price has gone up to about $60 for two.
@@candlercando yeah too expensive now............we now going to find some cheaper ones

Glad it was helpful!
Where do you jack the car and then put the stands in the location where you are jacking the car up?
Check out this video: th-cam.com/video/YpMxdVHzJ9k/w-d-xo.html
If there are only 4 jack points, how do you lift the car to put it up on the jack stands?

BMW would likely have the most accurate answer.
@@HaiTran you mean they would refer to OEM adapter in the bmw shop? ;)
Sorry, I don't understand that last message.

So where do I get the pad you are using for your jack? I have the same jack but mine did not come with a rubber pad on it like that

Bruh, I'm buying these. Thank you!
Any time!
Hey bro, where can buy this one? Any link ?
I’m in Australia, but I can’t find this one here, many thanks.
Look at the description.
Great design and price however what I hate is the tax and delivery charges which comes up to more than the adapter.
That’s very interesting to hear considering that even high taxes sit around 10%. How much is shipping?
theres a new model on ebay 8 each. fits jack and saddle jack stand
Whatever works 👍🏽
Esco jack stands are for sure worth the price. They will last a lifetime and fit on many other cars that need jacking pucks.
Whatever works for you 👍🏽
I feel like this is the safer option as the pucks could slide
Me with a whole machine shop and some scrap metal : yeah I can definitely do that
Me: (gets to lazy) ahh I guess I’ll just buy them
Whatever gets the job done 👍🏽
works for my e39
Glad to hear that 👍🏽
Link doesn’t work anymore
Looks like they moved to a personal store.

The adapters are roughly the same price as the esco jack stands, sorry but I don't get your logic. Think I'll just but the esco stands. Lol.
