Gallllll.... thank you! It had a lot of stuff in it, so it was kind of heavy. Therefore, I lifted up one side and dropped it back down and tadah.... it opened!! Thank you, again!
It does you have to have the 62978 version if your is just solid keys and not a circle key you might need another method but do it in a bed or somewhere it will bounce to make the springs more for a split second .
