    I was pregnant at 14. She’s now 40. It is scary. I went on to graduate HS. Had more children. Became an Esthetician. Got my Undergraduate degree then my PostBac then my Masters and I’m a yoga teacher! Anything is possible.

      i had a friend in eighth grade who got pregnant. i initially thought she got rped but she told me it was consensual (she was 14). i saw her at a store and she was crying and asked where menstrual products were and then ended up asking where the pregnancy tests were bc they weren't in that area. i bought them for her along with condoms so she could be safe next time. she ended up getting an abortion

      I know! It's different if it's sa or just being sexually active. You chose the possibility you might end up pregnant with maybe no support or baby daddy. It takes two to tango. So I don't feel bad for the exception (people who have sex just for the pleasure without thinking about consequences) because it's not my fault they made a bad decision. That was something they had to figure out themselves. Hopefully the child can grow up well and not make the same mistake as their parents. I know I'm being blunt but it's true.

    My sister was raped in 6th grade & gave birth in 7th grade and lemme tell ya… it was not easy. Everyone (when I say everyone I mean our family, teachers, school staff, and just random ppl out 'n' about) was judging her and accusing her of having sex, sneaking boys in through our bedroom window, watching porn, ect. No one in the family (besides me and my sister) accepts the baby our treats her like a member of the family. Idk first-hand how it is, but I have witnessed first-hand what its like and it's hard. I feel so bad for other teen moms going through this and just in general. Hang in there. You've got this. It may not seem like it now… but it will get better. After 2 more kids, their dad turned into a drug addicted alcoholic with a bad temper. I struggled after leaving him working at a daycare. Yeah duh.. At that age guys only liked you for your looks.. People change alot…Only a very few are committed to staying with the first girl they got pregnant by. Girls are just a number to a guy lol because they need credit to practice until they actually are ready to settle down with someone they actually love. How do i know this? Ok this guy he got a girl pregnant at 16 and i found out through him talking and showing pictures of his son. We work together as that girl he met in school…Anyways, it funny because when we first met he was 18 and although he grew he didn’t seem mature at the time.. He was love bombing me, he was flirting and touching all women etc and he wasn’t serious at the time even though he liked me. The thing though is as our bond grew so much so did his heart.. How? Well once his friend ask him “ Why isn’t he helping me?” When i offered to help him because i liked him lol. His response was.. “ She said she will help?” And than a few minutes later he thank me. Fast forward now.. He seems so scared to lose me.
      He more caring, he steps in to help me even when i say i got it we fight who will do it lol and his friend dont even have to tell him to help me now..he go do it on his own. He alot more protective and he opening up to me rather than putting on a face.. The best of all he forgot his baby momma. Like yeah. Of course he going to see his son but it more of her responsibility compare to him. He has full freedom. As all he does is pay child support and he can be with someone he truly love. Now i never said he didn’t like his baby momma because there was obvious attraction,but base on how he’s treating me and really scared of losing me it like he found out what TRUE LOVE IS…Now he does love his son and he is responsible to still be in his child life but he have no feelings for his baby momma. Also how do i know? Because i gave him plenty of time to leave he always come back to me and if we avoid each other for so long.. he withdraws as his family get worry so much. Also i saw how he changed into A Mature Adult that wants to wait. It sucks because i want him soooo badly, but he wants to wait until he finish his career which isnt long lol and provide for me the right way and give me all his love and support rather then knowing its just lust and selfish sex just to please himself. What i am saying is…People change especially guys. They aren’t mature at age 25 and younger. Also girls don’t understand… even if they made mistakes so young why would a guy waste all his youth on one women that he accidentally got pregnant by so young when he missed out screwing it out until he got tired of that life and knowing when to give that life all up. He became an alcoholic because he’s depressed. He screwed up his youth and although he love his kids it just he wasn’t really ready for it.. It was forced by accident and now he have to live by it for years… When you drink the same milk for years it get boring..

    The scariest part is the female body physically isnt ready at 14 for safe birth. A big factor in maternal mortality rates is the age of mothers. Less developed can mean very young mothers. I'm so glad she went to a dr right away instead of hiding it. 🎉 responsible action right there

    • @themaximumcreation
      @themaximumcreation 6 หลายเดือนก่อน

      I'm not saying this is okay but scientifically once you have a period your body is ready for conception. Ages ago (again not saying this is ok) girls as young as age 12/13 were being married off to men to have children and make families this is so when the men die the women would still be young enough to care for the children Also you're right about maternal death rates dealing with woman's age but it is mainly older woman (geriatrics pregnancies) starting from the early age of 38

    • @sallypanda1014
      @sallypanda1014 6 หลายเดือนก่อน +24

      14 isn’t that young . Most girls have had their periods for a few years by then and their bodies are developing /developed already. Only in most recent days has teen pregnancy been taboo. Im not talking mentally, I mean physically. Do you realize how long you need to be exposed to certain hormones to finish the biological maturity process. Unlike men who have access to their hormones all month on 24 hour cycle it take a woman a month for the same hormone cycle, which only starts being produced after menstruation starts😅 Biologically female bodies take longer to mature from start of puberty to physical maturity due to limited access to hormones. Just because it can do something doesn't mean it should. Kids these days are getting periods in 1st grade (7yo) should they have kids because of a period? @sallypanda1014

She spoke to me like an adult as soon as I started my 🩸 and gave me a detailed run down of what that meant. She didn’t glamorize it, and I also lived it. Young girls, this isn’t cute. @@Canadiangrammarpoliceit has nothing to do with kicking their kid out and everything to do with teaching your children about protecting themselves if they decide to have sex. You’d be surprised how many teenagers (and sometimes early 20s) have no clue what birth control is or how to obtain it. In the US, you don’t need parental consent to obtain birth control, even for someone as young as 13 or 14. There are states that are obligated to contact the parents to inform them but consent isn’t needed to get it. They do offer sex ed class at school but a parent has to sign off on it. Those who refuse to allow their kids to attend are usually those who think young teenagers aren’t sexually active or that the school is overstepping by teaching it (yet they also refuse to teach them at home). Outside of non consensual/forced sex, ignorance is the only reason teenagers get pregnant so young. It’s not something you celebrate or get happy about because it shouldn’t happen to begin with. It’s totally a reflection on the parents.

      @OreoForLife.ehehe123 bruh no one said that makeup is the "enemy" here, it's about the overall concept. Kids should be out enjoying nature, riding their bikes around, having sleepovers etc etc. What KIDS shouldn't be doing is taking care of their own children. This is a 14 year old that can't embrace her natural beauty, one that seems attached to technology and social media, heck she hasn't even fully "matured", her brain isn't finished developing, her body is still going through puberty (well depends it's different for everyone) but my point is, she's a child. She shouldn't be sexually active (that should be the very last thing on her mind at this age)
      I will say this, since I'm not fully aware of her child was conceived so I can't be to critical but my point still stands.

      What do people expect when most women are not heard since birth. Of course she couldn't say NO because nobody wanted to hear NO from her in her life. Parents wanted obedient child, school wanted obedient child, that's how they produced her. Women's voice is not heard since birth. Girls are just a number to a guy lol because they need credit to practice until they actually are ready to settle down with someone they actually love. How do i know this? Ok this guy he got a girl pregnant at 16 and i found out through him talking and showing pictures of his son. We work together. She didn't choose to be pregnant. She made a mistake, and received consequences from it. If she has a good support system then she'll be fine. Support pregnant teens, not teen pregnancy. There's a difference

    I’ve seen a bunch of these videos online of “teenage mothers” raising their kids, talking about experiences blah blah.. this is one of the craziest I’ve seen. I’m not hating but no matter how all of these are portrayed, IT IS NEVER OKAY. Y’all don’t need kids y’all need Sex ed and proper education

    God bless you and your baby. I pray that you will both get support and give in your life, and that you won’t have to miss out too much on being a teen because of a mistake you made in middle school that God used to give you a suprise blessing. it is hard now but i will pray it gets better. GOD BLESS YOU.

      @@alwaysrootingfortheantihero123 what about the kid she made🤦🏾‍♀️. What will the kid miss out on? A father? A mom to make good choices in their best interest? Just like the abortion argument, getting pregnant is not only the mom’s life. The child’s life matters more. Idc whatever tf she misses out on. She just will have to miss tf out. Although she still not missing out on having a bf 🤦🏾‍♀️. The fact u said that, I know how u get down. That’s 304 talk. Loose as a goose.

    I still do not understand sex at 14 because there are so many better things for teens, especially young females, to be doing. That few minutes, let’s face it are not so good as a teen. I’d rather be skating, playing cards, riding my bike, taking a hike, shooting a basket ball, kayaking, swimming, practicing gymnastics, reading a book, writing a poem, doing my nails, sewing something, learning to cook, practicing a new language on an app. Playing a board game, organizing my room, practicing a new hair style, playing with my dog, doing an experiment, making a craft God this list could go on forever. Now you got a baby from a few seconds of nothingness with a boy who ditched out in two weeks and your time to do all the fun stuff is over, but he can go do whatever he wants. That really is sad. It is just so sad. 😢
