      Gabiche looks good my friend. I had one as well around 1400 grafts. I’m extremely pleased as I’m sure you are. They only thing I noticed different, I keep my hair pretty long on top and now the hair I had transplanted curls. I have to wash, blow dry and use product to get the wavys/curls to straighten out. Hope you’re using Finasteride or something to keep the non-transplanted hair from receding, it also should thicken up the transplanted hairs

The reason the doctors didn't transplant more was to preserve as many donor hairs as possible, I was only 23 years old at that time so my hairfall didn't stabilize yet. I needed to preserve those limited donor hairs for future corrections. That's the reason we didn't go all the way with the density, but all in all, for a small correction that I did, I'm already very satisfied 😊 Cheers!

      I was afraid to damage the implanted grafts with the blades going over the scalp. Therefore I kept 7 mm as my lowest point. However, I don't notice any scars. Also, if you wish to see the donor area, you can watch the evolution here: th-cam.com/video/g9kxCSgErAk/w-d-xo.html

    Very good job, and as i told you i would have date you also with less hair.. your image is perfect for me. In another video i asked you what do you think about density just because in my opinion if the job is slightly still visible is because there is less density of hair in the recieving zone if compared with your ouwn zone. i saw this in the early videos you posted just after the transplant (when the crusts fell down was visible that there was maybe a lttle bit too much space among the grafts if compared with your natural hair)

And it's true that the surgery was very well organized and the results are amazing in my opinion. As I only have one head, I wanted to invest in a hair transplant that would give me a very natural look. And I think they did that very well! Thank you for your feedback ✌️

    Very nice video, this is very helpful to underline two concepts about again transplants:
    First, to achieve full results one must wait 12-18 months
    Second, like I say to all my patients, hair transplant surgery is a cosmetic procedure where the surgeon tries to achieve the most natural result, but it’s impossible to replicate Mother Nature work.
    P.S. I hope you are using Finasteride to stop or slow down the progression of your hairloss. 👍

      @@APMUMBP Hi, I've been using it now for a year since my hair transplant. I have both positive and negative feedback of Minoxidil. Positive: it works and it seems to slow down the hair fall, which is great news! The downside, I have sometimes too low blood pressure because of this which makes me sometimes feel very weak. This is one of the side effects and luckily it doesn't happen to everyone, but unfortunately it happens to me. If you wish to hear my experience about this. I went more into detail over here: th-cam.com/video/c1u-DGFkhok/w-d-xo.html As long as you keep control of your dose, Minoxidil is a good product to use. But always be careful and consider asking your doctor first before using it a first time. Cheers!

      That's a very good question. I created a small 5-Step-Plan on how I found my clinic over here: th-cam.com/video/ttx1qM8XEho/w-d-xo.html I think you can use the same method for finding a specific doctor. This small plan was meant to find your most suitable hair clinic, but I'm sure you can replace the "clinic" by "doctor" and you're good to go! I hope you make an excellent choice during your research and otherwise, I can also recommend my own clinic of course, haha. Good luck, man!

      I met her only on the spot and heard her name once. As I was already shaking, stressing out and thinking about million different things seconds before the transplant, I eventually don't remember her name 😟 Even though I could recognize her face immediately! Normally I was going for a check-up this year and I wanted to see her again, but the virus cancelled all appointments so I don't know when I'm returning yet. If I get to know her name, I will say it the first following video once I know! She was an amazing doctor!!!

      Ben Rumbold because your losing hair already so the hairs that haven’t already fallen out are going to fall out sooner or later?

    • @Gabiche
      @Gabiche  4 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      The natural hair right behind my transplanted hair will continue to fall indeed. I slow down the hair fall as long as possible by using medicine against hairloss. Eventually, I will go for another hair correction if the hair continues to fall. But I was prepared for this "worse case scenario". That's why I only did the smallest session available to keep as many grafts as possible in the donor area. This way I can still do multiple corrections in the future and evolve at the same time with the balding until the hair fall stabilized. Hope this answers your question 😉 Cheers!

    There is a slight noticeable difference in density when it's shaved super short, but two things would solve that problem: shaving the sides down shorter than the top, and some SMP touch-up work in the less dense region. It wouldn't even take much, probably just a sprinkling. All things considered, the difference isn't too noticeable for being that short.
