What a amazing life
I was in Cebu last week and I'll say the weather was VERY nice. I had never been to PI in Feb, but that weather was the best I've ever had in SE Asia.

Family fun time. I see how they maintain their close family connection. We were like that here in Iowa when I was a kid. Gramma and Grampa's farm was the gathering place every Sunday. We keep it going but the farm is gone now. All of the farms are gone.

My go-to was Crystal Hot sauce. I brought 2 bottles with me. I ran out and went with the spicy vinegar sauce they use. Also I was buying A1 sauce there. The palat has to get accustomed to the Philippines. It's not easy.

Chinese immigrants and merchants introduced soy sauce fish sauce and many other foods and foods ingredients to Philippines.
That's alot of vegetables on the menu most philipine meals consist of rice and pork minimal vegetables I love that knife with the curved blade..
I thought of an old saying in the beginning here. Your asking for an apology has fallen on deaf ears! LOL! I wondered myself, why only 4 chickens when you could have done twice as many with that long pole. Looks like everyone is enjoying the food! Only two small boys are left cleaning up what is on the table at the end. Good one, everyone ate and seemed very happy. Well, that was nice of you to feed all of them. Enjoy!!!
