- Fatima's dream of building a house in her village has finally come true. Join us while we construct a 2-bedroom chalet underneath the star apple tree. For some reason, she wasn't too happy with my choice of building materials for the project. I had to explain to her that fabric is the new concrete.

I like the bayanihan concept, their family are all chef. Im sure they can make big family celebration with lots of food. You know we’re thinking about doing that in my yard but the problem we have cayotes ,wolf,and red fox that show up in my yard once in a while
I’ve done it with cows and cows love to rub on all of water pumps and hosing. I’ve had to build a rock wall around the solar panels and water pump. I have the hose running up the hill to irrigate our crops in big pine Calif.

I keep thinking the same thing when I make the the move there I’m always telling my wife we can just build a bungalow home like Gilligan’ island but she gets mad at me.Love your village video’s Mark got to to admit you’ve been one of my inspirations to get me interested in moving there and since I’ve got a filipina wife from province more than likely will have make it reality.Best utuber on to get a province experience.

Marco is there power at the well? If u do have power buy a submersible pump and drop it down the well. Four solar panels also would do it during the day but now water at night. if push comes to shove. Submersible pump 50 to 100 gallons a minute is enough for everyone and water will be driven up the hill by the pumps pressure. Wish I was there I would help u do the job. Just remember the head is elevation. The pressure is what will push the water up the well and into a water hose up to the village. Daryl

hiding the rice cooker after they got the first electric bill! Filipinos do not want to pay for electricity
even if it makes life easier....
@@davidjames5727 buy four solar panels and this way u have power from sun up to sun down. No water at night. I’ve done this up in big pine and works great.

Put wax on the zippers of tent it will help keep the zippers safe, lol you can collect fire flys in a jar to make light.

Mark, great video. I think the water issue could best be solved by simply installing a water tank at a height and then having a water truck fill it as needed. They make 500, 1,000 and 1,500 liter tanks. That would be better as then you can pipe it into the house for drinking, etc. That would be best since you say a well would not provide drinkable water anyway. My idea could be done for $300 - $500 usd. It could also be completed within a few weeks. If interested reply and I can attach a few links to videos where they have done this.

10,000 pesos for a tent, if typhoon blows it away. You'll end up buying more tent cause there's so much typhoon in the Philippines 😂😂😂. I enjoy watching you videos. Keep on posting! Watching from Texas.

My friend water is the most difficulty in developing countries. My company we specialized in water treatment, water pumps. We have system that can pump a treat 1 million litters per day. It is expensive but we work PA for 25 years. What we doing in Africa we jave smaller modular solar container system that will be more adaptable for the province in the Philippines. It would be glad to know the bisiness opportunity in this domain. We also do green hydrogen for power plant.
