There are a lot of accents called 'British English'. RP is one of them. It has been famous for a long time. Non-native speakers of English have learnt English via this accent in the classroom for many years, long before we have been born. Cockney English is also famous, but we, non-native speakers, have never learnt this with our teachers. Then, since 2010 or so, non-native speakers of English have started to learn another British English accent called "Estuary English". We can easily find videos related to this accent on TH-cam. Young learners of English as a foreign language now think that this accent is the way that all British people speak English, especially that using of glottal stops replacing unstressed medial 't' sound.
There are many. Recieved is one, cockney is another, urban I call it is another.. but it's important to know posh or recieved is not the only one and it is one of the smallest ones in this country (England).
