Brilliant upload. Well done to OBB for pushing for it. No need to be modest with it. it's not blowing your own horn. you were/are a BMX god. it's as simple as that.
Wayne i can definitely agree with that because Scotty is my favorite rider, even if he cant ride like he used to (at the moment) he is still the best, and im just glad he still has these memories so he can make videos like this.
Scotty there is no way that you come off as bragging. You are the most humble person on this earth. You even said that talking about this would help fill your void of riding. Please Scott continue to be an inspiration for others and always #standwithscotty #ridewithscotty
That Fuf to front flip was so monumental!! Unbelievable!! Not only a ton of respect for your riding but also for how inspiring you are! That never give up mind set is rare to posses and you don't only posses it you try to get everyone else to as well! So inspiring! Big idol of mine and alot more! Keep it up, Scott
I would like to say to Scotty and the entire crew that you guys have given me the motivation to ride as much as I can. I ride with a bike made from scraps that I have to refill tires with air every 30 minutes. It gets frustrating but I have seen that no matter how hard it gets if you love doing something no obstacle can stop you. Thank you guys so much.
For sure do more of these. People already go back and watch old trick videos from time to time. With you doing commentary on top of tricks it's even better.
You were always nothing but humble about your riding, Scotty. Especially when riding with the guys on the channel. Keep these coming, you can be proud of what you achieved not only in riding but as a person. Greetings from Germany.
Scotty will always be my favourite rider. Not just because of his skill and originality but because of his over all personality. It's amazing how fast he recovered from his injury. It just shows how mentally and physical strong/capable he really is.
Scotty it’s awesome to be able to hear the back ground and what was going through your mind on all these tricks! I hope you are able to get back to riding sooner rather than later you got a long road ahead and keep up the strong work! You are a true inspiration!!
Man, I got goosebumps seeing that initial transition to Scotty riding at 2:09. Massive respect to everything he's accomplished. So grateful that we still have such a charismatic, articulate, and humble guy.
Scotty you’ve been my favorite rider since your sentenced to life video. That changed the way how i looked at bmx and how fun it should be. You truly are a living legend in the sport. Thank you for everything you do for it.
Thanks Scotty for this video. I found your channel a few weeks after your crash. I was caregiver for my elderly mom that stroked. Each new video Big Boy did I’d tell my mom about your progress. At times mom would ask how you was doing. I’m a survivor 2-28-1988 I had two brain aneurysms one had ruptured 10 days after surgery I had a stroke. Next Friday will be one year that mom passed. She’s still watching I honestly believe that. You’ve come so far #StandWithScotty forever
this is important to me because I've only been following you as long as you've been making videos but you quickly became the most influencing role model to me BEFORE your accident because of your kindness and healthy lifestyle, your drive and success in and out of bmx. anything after that has made you a super hero in my eyes.
Just found your channel Scotty and ive been riding all my life now I have a son and he loves riding don’t ever shy away from sounding cocky you give inspiration to young and old .... your a great role model
Thanks for staying true to bmx! Even through the greatest ordeals, you still stay true, tuff and a humble human being! Thanks for being a role model for people like me who got into this sport for these very reasons!
Incredible video I absolutely loved it, please do more of them. Scotty people want to hear your stories that's why we are all here. You are the KING of BMX. We love you bro and your entire crew. Be safe.
In our society we seem to like to honor men who are proud of heart, but genuine humility is what's truly honorable. That's what I've always liked about you Scotty.. don't ever let that change. Great video.
Definitely need to put out more videos like this. The kids need to know the legacy of a true legend. Scotty was and forever will be one of the best ever to touch a BMX bike. An absolute inspiration 💪🏻💪🏻
I was thinking of a TRIALS style bmx course. It might only be for riders with brakes, but that would be a big challenge for their balance and control?!
Couldn't agree with Big Boy more. You've done some really amazing, inspiring things Scotty, your riding should be celebrated because it's some of the best riding that's anyone has ever done. I will NEVER get tired of watching the awesome things you've done, nor will I ever get tired of hearing you talk about what went into it. You'll go down in history as one of the best ever my man. Be proud of it, always.
Before I even watch this I am going to say..... there is NO WAY you could condense Scott's best riding into a 10 minute video. Juat sayin. A living legend people
In conclusion, certainly 4 amazing and diverse tricks.....but still have to say he has done so many awesome things just messing around that it would be hard to compile a video of his best riding. Good job Alexander
Scotty, after the accident happened...i started going back and rewatching all the old videos and finding old edits bc I truly love to watch you ride. More of these videos!
Scotty, don't ever feel it's bragging when you talk about how you accomplished your tricks. Like kid rock said in one of his songs, "it ain't braggin' if you can back it up." I want to start showing my vids on TH-cam but I feel intimidated. First I'm not young, I'm old when it comes to sports, plus I'm a female rider and yes I see there are more female riders now, but nonetheless I still feel intimidated by the amazing talent out there and I'm average at best. If anyone has suggestions as to how I can overcome my timidness feel free to leave comments. And ya if Scotty and his crew know any female riders it would be really cool if you could invite one to do a vid with you guys. Thanks..and Scotty you really are looking better everyday. You must be very strong willed and determined to overcome such obstacles. Way to go man and thanks.
please please please do more of these videos. Scottys riding style is one of my favorites! i've missed it soooo much!! can't wait to see you back on a bike scotty!! all my prayers bro!
so sick to see the backstories of local spots that I've been to before, my boy 9'd out of somerville on skates from the biggest quarter that was there.
Thank you big boy for pushing to let everyone see this. As for Scotty. Ur a Legend in my biking community in just to say that your home bored and don’t want recognition for the tricks and stuff that you do shows your true character has an amazing individual be proud of every moment because that’s what does bikers enjoy the most you just get to share yours on a national level for that we thank you
Scotty cramer you have inspired me so much and taught me so many lessons I've been watching you for about 2 years I love you, the crew, and your riding. Kepp on working hard to get back into riding. Good luck and thankyou.
Seriously Scott, please don't shy away from videos like this one. With everything you've done and what you've been through, you have every right to brag about yourself. There's no one as influential as you, and I think you get too hung up on worrying about being humble. This is the Scotty Cranmer we all want to see. This is what we want
Scotty do more,i was so happy to see a video about you. It was great seeing you in action. Keep getting better and i cant wait to see you on ur bmx again and again.
It’s not bragging, it’s not blowing your horn. You worked your whole life - so much blood sweat and tears into BMX and you deserve to show people what you could do. Even though you can’t ride at a professional level anymore, you used to be an insane rider and that legacy deserves to live on. Loved this video ❤️
Good job convincing him to do this BB! Very motivational video, I actually got goose bumps at the end when he came back and told himself on the run up to just do the front flip. Don't ever settle, you don't be happy.
DEFINITELY enjoyed this video and Scottie, there DEFINITELY needs to be more of them! It's not being cocky or conceded or whatever....You earned the right to be proud of yourself, your riding AND to talk about your tricks, how you pulled them and the amount of HEART, blood, sweat & tears you've poured into them! You've inspired me and sooooo many other people to ride and succeed at whatever it is that they are passionate about. You will ALWAYS be an inspiration in any and everything you do!
Kostas Gnt I’m 11 don’t get to see my dad grandma died I have 2 little sisters that died my dog died my life is gone all I want is to be seen by Scotty and big boy and puppy arms
Dude I never watched that edit before this video but when you said that the feeling u get when you land a trick was a feeling you never want to loose I felt like crying 😭 and you said that you didn't want to sound like your bragging but to us even if you were we would still stick around . your truly an inspiration to me and I love the how far you have come since the accident . stay strong and keep up the good work 👍
I luv these vids. I sometimes go back and watch scottys edits and opd vids just to reoive the good memories of staying up and watching him do the craziest tricks i ever seen. Thats why scotty has been my inspiration for the past 4 years.
Scotty your such an amazing rider please do more lf these videos i find myself often watching your guyses older videos just to see you ride again your a big inspiration dont ever stop doing what you do. Hope to see you guys at the kitchen again somtime
Please do more of these. Watching the tricks is one thing but was I love most is the mindset behind them. Recently rediscovered my love for aggressive inline and i'm just starting to feel comfortable again. Nothing feels better than that landing that one trick you need to sit and think about because it shouldn't be possible.
I still go back and watch all your old videos all the time. Hearing you explain the tricks is awesome. You should do a video just about all the things you’ve jumped. That would be an insane video!!
Pure inspirational! From that to being not being able to move, to how you are now. Yet being positive, motivational and motivated for yourself and others. Still being modest even though you were truly amazing on a bike. Well done bro. I aspire to be like you and hope my riding and personality has the same impact 👍🏻
Hello Scotty. I want to for sharing sharing your talents. You are a legend to me/us. I was/am a cyclist as a hobby since a kid. What yu have done to me is so powerful and timeless. I appreciate yu and I enjoyed this video.
Dude we need more of these videos! I remember watching you back in the day on xgames. you are def the most technical and original riders of all time. I love how this fills a void for you and we definitely want to see and hear more from you!
As someone who had a accident similar to Scott, talking about the past like that can help settle the depression of doing said activities. It kinda makes you feel proud of the achievements you have pulled off and kinda settles the "New trick" urge. No, my accident didn't involve my skull being removed, not am I a professional at a said sport, but looking back on things really helps the depression. It's like grandparents talking about war stories, reminiscent of the achievements and horrors you had to overcome.
Do more of these please! I would like to hear Scotty describing his mindset, experience, fears, and triumphs when he first got a medal at Xgames, and his thoughts on the run he threw down. This was a really good video. I know it may not be easy to talk about since your accident Scotty, but like you said, I think it kind of helps to, to relive those memories. Just because you may not ride at that level right now, doesn't mean you can't still talk about it. Just because a soldier is no longer in the Military, does not mean that they can't still talk about some of the good times and great things they did, same applies to you. I do not feel that you are "Tooting your own horn" or "Bragging", you are telling an amazing, enthralling stories, and not once did I catch a macho, arrogant, or condescending tone or vibe. You nailed some crazy sick tricks. You paid the price for those tricks in sweat and blood. They are yours to share with us, and we are your eager audience. Thanks for reliving those with us. Props to OBB for his persistence, and his progression (riding, and physical health), I get nothing but good vibes every time I get an notification at 4PM that there is a new vid uploaded. - Ian
Hey Scotty, I'm an older dude that used to skate and now when I get some free time I love watch your videos, I discovered you and your channel from watching Tall Order videos with Matty being on the team. I know little about the sport you are so passionate about and videos like this, for me, are amazing. I love hearing your stories, and just like the video where you talked about you X-Games medals it inspires me to go explore more about you and what you have achieved. Nothing about this comes across as cocky, and I think everyone would agree is as good for you as it is for your viewers. Peace x
hearing this much detail and afterthought about all the great stuff we have seen you do is just... awesome, all any of us ever see in videos is straight riding, maybe im at an age where i just love acquiring more knowledge but you inspired me into riding again at 42 and all the info with vids like this 1 is just so frigging helpful! So inspired by you and so are soooooo many others, in a way its like it was meant to be. Instead of just you riding and feeling the feels of it you make thousands of us feel it for ourselves, how cool is that?!
Scotty it’s so amazing and awesome to watch you pull this tricks!! You have always had such a creative mind and I’ve loved watching you progress! Even after your accident you have challenged all of your friends to continue to progress! You are a true leader and someone that will continue to inspire! Instead of giving up after your accident, you gave in and gave it your all ! I hope that one day you can be aback in full Scotty Cranmer action but until then you will continue to inspire your friends and followers!! You are the definition of unstoppable!’
You can talk about your accomplishments without being cocky and you've earned that right dude. Many times over to be honest. Love you guys, keep it real pc
Damn dude, respect for reliving and sharing this with us. It might've been hard to do seeing your current condition, but it's so cool to hear you talk about these tricks and the work you put in to make them happen. Those edits are really cool to see, but the effort that goes into making such a great video is often overlooked, so its great to hear you talk about it. More please!
Loved this video. Hearing the thought process behind the tricks and his persistence makes me want to push myself more as a rider. I love these videos and hopefully there will be more to come.
*ATTENTION SCOTTY* do more of these videos!!! just think that u talking about ur riding just gives you more motivation for getting better and being able to do these all again easy like before. Plus these videos are really great and i love that fox edit plus fox itself. you are a legend man, love this channel and everyone in it. keep getting better Scott and cant wait for more videos like these and all the other amazing content u put out for us. RIDE WITH SCOTTY!!!!
Brilliant upload. Well done to OBB for pushing for it. No need to be modest with it. it's not blowing your own horn. you were/are a BMX god. it's as simple as that.
Maybe to add to this, so many times history can be lost to modesty.
Tuft Love so well said, for the good of humanity scotty has to do more videos like this! It's his duty!!
facts
Wayne i can definitely agree with that because Scotty is my favorite rider, even if he cant ride like he used to (at the moment) he is still the best, and im just glad he still has these memories so he can make videos like this.
Definitely do more of these. You definitely do not seem cocky
Jokey Jokemaker Scotty is cocky no doubt but his cockyness pushes his friends to ride better ,like a nice cocky
Confident would be a better word and people with low self-esteem can feel alienated by that, as the old saying misery loves company.
Would love more edit talks!
IM VERY HAPPY YOU DID THIS VIDEO SCOTTY!!!!!!!!!
massive respect

Yea
He doesn't need your respect

Scotty there is no way that you come off as bragging. You are the most humble person on this earth. You even said that talking about this would help fill your void of riding. Please Scott continue to be an inspiration for others and always #standwithscotty #ridewithscotty

That Fuf to front flip was so monumental!! Unbelievable!! Not only a ton of respect for your riding but also for how inspiring you are! That never give up mind set is rare to posses and you don't only posses it you try to get everyone else to as well! So inspiring! Big idol of mine and alot more! Keep it up, Scott
Seeing this man walk around almost at ease within a year is just crazy. You are one tough guy, mad respect for you man.
I could listen to him talking about old tricks for hours, it's one of the things you miss out on when these big tricks/events happen. Top quality!

Man, I got goosebumps seeing that initial transition to Scotty riding at 2:09. Massive respect to everything he's accomplished. So grateful that we still have such a charismatic, articulate, and humble guy.
Its awesome to see you talk about this stuff, everyone would love to see more like this!
Scotty you’ve been my favorite rider since your sentenced to life video. That changed the way how i looked at bmx and how fun it should be. You truly are a living legend in the sport. Thank you for everything you do for it.
You HAVE to make more of these. So interesting and awesome to hear your story behind them.
Such an inspiration to fellow BMX riders, the best role model
this is important to me because I've only been following you as long as you've been making videos but you quickly became the most influencing role model to me BEFORE your accident because of your kindness and healthy lifestyle, your drive and success in and out of bmx. anything after that has made you a super hero in my eyes.
I missed watching Scotty ride thanks for making this video I can’t wait to see him riding again!
What you have done Scotty should never fade away and you should never feel weird about sharing it cause we love it and always want to see it!!!
Dude awesome video lets hope that one day near or far we'll see you on that bike again thrashing around with a huge smile ;)
I could watch Scotty ride everyday and it'd never get old. Just as much a legend now as he was then. Thanks for the vid!
Yeeeeees Scotty ! What an inspirational video👍👍👍👍👍👍
Just found your channel Scotty and ive been riding all my life now I have a son and he loves riding don’t ever shy away from sounding cocky you give inspiration to young and old .... your a great role model

Great video Scotty, loved it! Keep it up
Incredible video I absolutely loved it, please do more of them. Scotty people want to hear your stories that's why we are all here. You are the KING of BMX. We love you bro and your entire crew. Be safe.
I want to see a game of bike between big boy corey and bk on a 16" bike lol. And keep it up scotty ur a beast

Hey I liked and subbed #standwithscotty
Definitely need to put out more videos like this. The kids need to know the legacy of a true legend. Scotty was and forever will be one of the best ever to touch a BMX bike. An absolute inspiration 💪🏻💪🏻
I watched Scotty land the first ever front flip turndown at incline club back in probly 03-04. Pure insanity
I was thinking of a TRIALS style bmx course. It might only be for riders with brakes, but that would be a big challenge for their balance and control?!
yes because the front tire of an trials bike is centered but on a bmx it has an forward offset
KillerGorilla- not true
me too, i love my bmx with breakes, but the gear maybe be a problem to do trials stuffs,
Couldn't agree with Big Boy more. You've done some really amazing, inspiring things Scotty, your riding should be celebrated because it's some of the best riding that's anyone has ever done. You are such a humble dude 🙏 and I get so much inspiration out of everything y’all do, especially you Scotty. I would love to see more.
Please do more of these type of videos , thanks big boy for convincing him to talk about this!
hearing this much detail and afterthought about all the great stuff we have seen you do is just... awesome, all any of us ever see in videos is straight riding, maybe im at an age where i just love acquiring more knowledge but you inspired me into riding again at 42 and all the info with vids like this 1 is just so frigging helpful! So inspired by you and so are soooooo many others, in a way its like it was meant to be. Instead of just you riding and feeling the feels of it you make thousands of us feel it for ourselves, how cool is that?!
Scotty it’s so amazing and awesome
to watch you pull this tricks!!
I would love to see more of these type of videos! I love going way back in the videos and watching his riding. It’s so much fun to see
We are all ears Scotty! Thanks Big Boy for making this happen, and Scotty... You have no excuses, we expect more of these videos!
Def do more of these, knowing what was going through your head Scotty when picking these tricks is awesome to hear!
Respect to the fullest. So much inspiration, need to see more of this and what you had to do to prepare yourself.
Totally grateful for Scotty's point of view on his riding! That's not bragging Scotty, it's telling it like it is. 👍
Scotty you are a true legend! Would love to see more vids like this where you talk about tricks and stuff you have done in the past.
Loved this video. Hearing the thought process behind the tricks and his persistence makes me want to push myself more as a rider. I love these videos and hopefully there will be more to come.
