Pakistan need to understand India is good in IT not all beacuse of Indian govt policies but the major role is of Indian family system, in India it is like a culture to learn mathematics, i remember whenever guests arrives our house or we go to our relatives place we all have to recite tables at least upto 20 and in our school examination no one cares what you have scored in other subjects, if you have score in mathematics then only you ressult is considered as good, and you see tech is changing day by day but only constant is maths, so suppose if Pakistan starts investing in backend developers or startups but Indians have already moved to Machine Learning AI and data science which needs much higher level of maths skill so pak need to focus on maths education and that will come from family education system.
They have no interest in knowing anything good about india!
Btw AI in current state doesn't need a lot of math! If you look at traditional engineering they used a lot more crazy maths and statistics. AI mostly uses brute force neural networks to keep training it. Yes it uses amazing optimizers to come to the optimal network but 99% startups and applications dont have to worry about that!
