Little bit of info about these homes. Yes they have water installed, no need “booyad”. The corner of the kitchen there’s a laundry room. As far as greenery, they have planted and it takes time to get that going. These homes are big especially if you’re family and have kids. @JC-du6sn extremely idiotic to attempt to preach Christianity, a modern day religion that doesn’t even follow the true teachings of Jesus, to a Somali. The Somali isn’t moved even at the slightest in their faith because it is a complete faith in Allah, with application of the teaching of the prophet even in modern times. Trees are coming. It is brand new property so lack of trees should be understandabla. U have a nice verendah and a good sized front yard. Somalis don't know about backyards
The compound isn’t complete yet hence why it’s lacking trees and greenery, that comes with time. However, I agree on the no garden or lack of. For that price tag a garden is a must!
I think leaving them that sandy beige colour is such a good idea as they fit into the landscape hopefully they add trees to offer more privacy and help break up the repetitiveness but it’s wonderful so proud of them. Praying they become standard in a few year's time and every house is like that inshaa’Allah. No they aren’t cheap but a lot feeds into that such as imports and sourcing of materials and skilled labour over all development should mean cost goes down inshaa’Allah.
I thought the same.. even in most countries they have similar. In most Arab countries too they have sandy color and modern look and it looks amazing. Get smart their in Somaliland
A good job you presented here. I wanted to admired your interesting video. Keep it up... We the Hindeke peoples/Ethiopians loved Somaliland's sisters and brothers.

It’s huge improvement compared to regular homes but why all of them look a like with NO back yards. Why mall or school for the matter, at least don’t separate yourself from your community. It’s the developers interest to get rich out of this so called gated community but why? Buy enough land and build your own thing and put your kids the school you want and shop places that you want but don’t fall into the convenience trap.
By far the best real estate project I've seen in Hargeisa. It's an exclusive neighborhood, a closed off area for a peaceful and quiet living environment. You will not be bothered by miskeen people knocking on your door all the time for lacaq or geeljire cayeelka hafada throwing rocks at your house out of boredom or lack of parental supervision. Also the Masalaha area has cleaner breathable air and less noice from cars/shops etcetera. It reminds me a little bit of Darusalam in Mogadishu. Overall construction looks really professional. I haven't seen architecture this clean or finishing work this neat in Hargeisa when it comes living space and the marmer/tiles, bathrooms, kitchen and such. I presume these houses were build by professional construction workers from abroad. I've seen houses being sold for the same price in jigjigayar area that were not nearly as wel constructed and I personally would choose these houses over any other house in Hargeisa any day.
@@winterfreeze427 Somali/Somalilanders have clans, not tribes. When it comes to potential wealth I would say the Habr Awal sub-clan (Sa'ad Musa & Issa Musa) are at this moment the richest sub-clans because they live and own land in the areas of Hargeisa where the government (also Habr Awal) builds the best infrastructure. Good infrastructure = expensive land = business opportunity. When it comes to actual money, assets and business revenue I really couldn't say because the people are not required to have public records of their business activities. It's also difficult to say which sub-clan is the most wealthy because there are a lot of business owners from non-Isaaq clans (Isaaq is the mayor clan to which all the sub-clans like Habr Awal, Garhajis, Habr Je'lo and more belong) that are also investing in Hargeisa. As a student of history I have to say that having a clan system or tribe system or any other sub-group system, when you look at any other country and it's development in the history of this world, was never favorable to the country and it's people. The reason is because having sub-groups like that leads to people being divided and not working together towards the same goal of developing the whole country. Then again, maybe where all other countries in the world failed maybe Somalia/Somaliland will succeed, only Allah knows. I personally think that all people in Somalia and Somaliland have great potential when it comes to wealth. It's a vast landmass with an extraordinary favourable geographical location and loads of natural resources. There is enough money to be made for all the people of the country without anyone having to be poor, for sure. So, insha'Allah, all people of the land will prosper in the future. That's what I hope for.

@JustinYiseverywhere There is NO SUCH THING AS SOMALIA!
Hargeysa is the capital city of the Republic of Somaliland and has been that way for thousands of yrs while somalia-italia was COLONY UNDER ITALY AND TODAY UNDER AMISON
this is so impressive huge developments going on in hargeisa mashalah .
they are quality houses. 2 things I dislike there(small plots no back yards, lack of trees)
Lack of trees? In a desert?? This can’t be 😂😂😂
Sister you are really working hard.First time saw your channel. ZI HAVE SUBSCRIBED YOUR CHANNEL.KEEP IT UP .LOVE FROM SYDNEY

Nice homes but very little space between them.
Very tight subdivision!
This is epic and I would not mind paying full price upfront, especially with the fantastic architect which allows more natural light to flow into the inner spaces🤙
Well done sister and keep showcasing the progress 👏👏
I really enjoyed your video. Good to see such nice development in Somaliland.
Also, you are a beautiful Somali woman. (Tvb - United States Of America)
Beautiful homes $150k would be a good price $275k is little excessive
150k were the early prices before rhe properties gained popularity

Excellent thanks i am Ahad from Bangladesh
It’s huge improvement compared to regular homes but why all of them look a like with NO back yards. Why mall or school for the matter, at least don’t separate yourself from your community. It’s the developers interest to get rich out of this so called gated community but why? Buy enough land and build your own thing and put your kids the school you want and shop places that you want but don’t fall into the convenience trap.
I think they have a school and a masjid and shops at the front of the entrance but i might be remembering the other gated area built by them as well
That’s what rich people do. They isolate themselves from the rest

I seriously doubt it especialy in the southerner side of the city, where these housed were reportedly built in.
Wow Mashallah, Viva Hargesa with your Ethiopian brothers and sisters.
Who are the richest tribe in Hargeisa
What are you talking about i'm from Hargeisa Nuur Ismail jama Heid clan but HARGEISA has high levels of povery i would say 90% somalis are poor only a small.minorty live a good life but most people there suffer maybe have 1 dollar 💵 a day to live on
@@waraabebidaarleh3165it depends bro no tribe is fully rich or fully poor.I would love somalilanders to eridicate this close minded mindset .it is dragging us backwards and it does not serve no body except the kaabo qabiil and the failed politicains who are thieves.
@@maliteacher I agree with you. You are right.
I Wish the Best for Somaliland, and I Hope every Citizen have a High Life Quality ❤
A little more diversity in design would be nice but still beautiful. It will even look better when landscaping is done and the trees grow
