I never expect a tip, and if someone does tip I appreciate them because it'll most likely go to gas. Because 1.50 per delivery is bs especially if you're driving 20 miles back AND forth
That is the opinion of a very small minded individual. People still have to pay for delivery regardless of whether they give their designated delivery driver a tip or not. Tipping is optional, I personally do tip but not if the order takes an age to get to me. Some people on the other may not be able to afford to tip their driver.

Papa johns oshawa canada has the worst tips in North America. I work as a driver and the avg tip is between $2.50 and $3.00 Canadian per delivery and our no tip percentage is 30%
Dude.. what. My bf and I leave work making $200 dollars every night. Full timers make way more than part timers.and they pay $1.00 every delivery! We don't wear those hats we have gray hats. You know what you what you got yourself into with delivery driving. and I don't use google maps I know where I'm going
As a Papa Johns employee, I am not a driver I am an insider. But the Hat is not supposed to have a flat bill this isn't the runway or the hood its work. Dude you are lucky to even have a job, just try to be grateful of that much. I am in an area that the pizza business stays busy. We work pretty fast and hard. As a driver when you are heading back. You should NEVER sit there. You are a driver you need to be back at the store as soon as you can. Man hour and door time are things. The bags are meh As an insider I don't really mess with them so I would not know. The bags at my store stay relatively clean despite that. When at work you should not care about fashion or style. You should care about how you are presenting yourself attitude wise to your customers. The nicer you are the more money you make its as simple as that.
I am a good employee. This was recorded over a year ago. I even have good comments about me on Yelp. Every job has flaws.. excuse me if pointed them out.

I am thankful for having a job even thought edd is giving out 600$ extra a week. Complaining about tips is not ok because that's a reward.. complaining about the uniform is understandable. Besides we now have black Pepsi hats with flatbills just like the way it should have been. I guess I wasn't the only one with the same opinion.

15 an hours? I applied and got an interview and they said 13 an hour when they clearly advertised 15-20 salary. And then they said salary+tips+milage
I make 640-680 a week and that's with the weekly paycheck which is around 160-210 depending on the hours I worked that week...its good money

They advertise more than minimum wage because they count tips as salary too, which varies by day obviously
