Btw when pumps start to go bad they pull more amps, running constantly makes pumps bad.. bad pump=blown fuses.. bad grounds can also hurt the pumps.. its alot of things. But it was grounded fine.

@FrostbiteRam yea we could probably turn the boost down some and still make 1100.. but its kinda nice how it peaks and holds to 7k for a decent amount. It's nice that the peak power isn't just at red line.. its going to be a fast car for the power its making.
I’m getting ready to install the same controller for my fore duel 525 so I can run the Hobbs switch the same way you got yours minus pump 3! Is there anyway I could email you I have some questions before I tear into it?
Hey man in your opinion. Can a stock 5.7 hemi run a procharger safely for every day driving? Should I go with different mods to up my performance a bit without having to worry about my engine grenading?
I put over 40,000 miles on my car with my ProCharger that we installed at 85,000 miles. I drove it from MD to FL twice, MI once, and raced it pretty much every weekend if not twice a weekend. It boils down to tuning. If the car is tuned right, then she will last. Now every engine is different so there is always a chance something goes wrong. Nothing is 100% safe other than stock. 😉
