@@RADGarage Its stunning, the work you do is superb! I would instantly trust a guy that has a set up like yours! There is a local guy that ‘details’ from a van. @@RADGarage ..He is a horrible influence on me. You should see all the things I bought for her...lol. Car Pro box kit, 2 wash buckets, 2 drying towels, Iron off, a horizontal platform so I can reach the roof, The last coat to make her shine, microfiber towels, Invisible glass..💸💰💵.💸💸
I had already pressure washed the foam into all the tight gaps so after the hand wash, the only thing I need to do is to rinse away the soap. That’s much quicker with a regular hose spray.
@@RADGarage Just to be clear, because again, I’m new to this and I’m trying to learn, and I just purchased an electric pressure washer-Normal water pressure, perhaps from your garden hose, is best for rinsing your vehicle after the wash, not a pressure washer? Thanks, I won’t pester you. Pan brought me to your Channel. Your videos have supreme production. If you have a ‘How To Wash your Vehicle’, I’ll look for that.
You're not pestering me at all. I use the pressure washer to force hidden dirty out of tight gaps and crevices. This occurs during the foam stage. Once I have mechanically washed the car with the mitt, I don't see the point in pressure washing a second time, since my only goal at that point is to rinse away the soap. For me, rinsing with the regular hose is more efficient. I'm sure lots of people will use the pressure washer to rinse after a bucket wash, but I just find it takes longer and requires more effort and finesse.
Awesome project Rick, great start to the weekend and this was well worth the wait . Great collaboration with Pan. Really great to see the channel grow! Now I'm going to snowblow the 20cm of snow off my driveway. . I miss summer already.
Only I know you aren't exaggerating about the 20 cm. I have easily received 50 cm in the last few days. I just hope this doesn't impact my concrete floor project that is scheduled for next week! I did enjoy our two weeks of Autumn weather though!
The amount of dirt coming out of the fabric is insane! It just kept coming and coming! How many applications of the cleaner did you use to get it all out? Love the music, the panning and just the overall presentation of the video. Very unique and relaxing! Great work!
Thanks. It never ceases to amaze me how much time it takes to clean these fabric liners. Just when you think it's clean, you do a pass and all this muddy runoff hits the floor. 🤦♂️ I did two or three applications of the Extra Tough APC. Some naysayers will say they get dirty right away, but I don't subscribe to that. It would take a few months of driving to get them as dirty as they were. Thanks for the nice words regarding my video style.
Sorry couldn't be within the first. Just woke up since taking a toll after a month at the hospital with my cousin and yesterday did a double turn. Now, I also see have videos to watch from Mike's Auto Detailing, FAB Automotive Detailing and Pan TheOrganizer. Yesterday, was lucky to watch from Miranda Detailing, WaxMode and Apex Detail while having something to eat. Always amazing job you do.👍👏🤙 One thing I do when I finish cleaning and drying carpets in the fenders is use from Renegade products the product named Rebel Landslide. Try it out since it protects them making dirt, sludge hard to stick and next time you wash them everything comes out easily. Very effective for those heavy carpets. My uncle has a Mercedes Benz S550 which I detail and a Jeep Wrangler as well as my cousin has a Jeep Wrangler Willys and my aunt has a Ford Expedition and I started with this product on their vehicles as well as on my new Kia Soul XLine white pearl 2020 and we all loved its performance. By the way, I love that missano red, it's absolutely stunning color from Audi, definitely one of the best red colors. It was made to pop no matter what 😄😉like the red color in the Canadian flag🇨🇦 Wow, is this Russian or Ukrainian music? I have a friend from Ukraine named Irina and her sisters Olga, Oksana and Aliona who are from Rivne in Ukraine and I remembered listening to a music similar to this one.
I think you'll be in for a surprise when you check out Pan's latest upload! 😉 I have used protectant sprays on the inner arches in the past, but found the Canadian winter made short work of them. Yes, I have reached out to an artist from the Ukraine and he graciously allowed me to feature his music in my presentation. His artist name is Dark Side Control and links to his music are listed below!
@@RADGarage Obviously Canadian winter is something very different than that from the USA but I wonder if this product since is made in USA maybe good for Canadian winter too just like it does for us in the Caribbean. Wow, I have to let my Ukrainian friends about this person music, sounds awesome. Yes, I received the notification from Pan TheOrganizer and will certainly watch it.
I really enjoy your videos and it is almost relaxing to watch them. Great music (much better then machinery background noise.) Where do you get the mini pads that you use for Gyeon Q2 rim applicator? thanks
Thanks for the kind words. Those mini pads you see are just your run-of-the-mill cotton makeup removal applicator pads you find at any drug store. They work great in the tight spots.
Awesome video Rick! I love these specialist one's where you tackle a specific part as well, such as wheel wells in this case. I loved the sound at 12:58, it's sort of brutal and reminds me of a waterfall if that makes sense haha. Props to you for stepping up your game with regards to 50/50 shots. @@RADGarage Thank you very much for taking the time and answering me friend, you are the best and in truth that your videos are the best in detailing greetings and I look forward to the next video 👍🏻🚗
It is the perfect spec if you ask me. I know people love the "black optics", but I am a huge fan of the bright works trim, especially with the Misano Red.
Very nice car detailing! 👍🏻, you should also add protection on car.I have question. How do you make video, what equipment did you use? Is camera always moving? Or did you use program to do that? Sorry my english not so good.
I didn’t add a sealant or coating as per the owners wishes. He is taking it to have PPF installed and you need to install that on raw paint. So, I just gave it a light spritz of Ethos Defy. My camera shots are made using a variety of sliders and dollies. Some are simply panning the camera on a tripod and some movement is achieved in the editing phase. Your English is way better than my Belgian!
Yes I do. I like using it straight because it lathers up amazingly well but the frugal side of me dilutes 50/50 most of the time. I think I had a bit of rich mixture in this video. 2:1 Cleaner to water.
Rick did you use the wool pads with the Jescar correcting compound? And which model Rupes is that polisher? Thx and you did an outstanding job on this one!
I used both the "coarse" and "medium" wool pads by Rupes in the 3.5" and 5.75" size. I used a combination of my LHR75E Mini and LHR15. I also used some microfibre pads at times. It was a bit of a crazy one. Didn't seem to matter what combo I had working, I would eventually run into issues and have to change things up. I got through, but it was not always pretty!
You and me both! The Misano red is so vibrant. It was a challenging correction given the properties of the clear coat, but it is absolutely stunning now.
What wheel/tire cleaner do you recommend? Something that cleans the brake dust and grease off the wheels but also cleans the rims too. I have ceramic coated rims so I don’t want to use something that would diminish the coating
Hi Robert, there's a lot of options out there for wheel cleaners. I used to chase the best product, but I have since calmed down and I stick with 3 or 4 solid wheel cleaners of which, the least aggressive is Eco Wheel Cleaner by Adam's and the most aggressive being the all-in-one Wheel & Tire Cleaner by Adam's but you can dilute that one to suit the situation. You are going to diminish the longevity of your wheel coating no matter what cleaner you use and the process you follow, but that's par for the course when you add that extra layer of protection. It is sacrificial.
As always, very satisfying video to watch, very clean and professional way to capture video ! And nice sound not like others detailing videos with always the same cheap/free music ! Thank you for that. (Sorry for my bad English I’m from Belgium...)
Thank you very much. I do enjoy finding the "right" music that matches the mood I feel when I detail. I have been fortunate to have established partnerships with eight global artists and I am always on the hunt for more.
How does your floor work? Do you get water held up under the tiles? Or is the concrete graded to allow the water flow out under the garage door? Great to watch by the way, almost like an ASMR video for detailers. 😂
You nailed it Brian. The floor has a gentle pitch that allows the water to freely flow out the garage with no drama. I am having a channel drain installed very soon that will run the width of the floor just inside the car door. It will catch the water as it tries to escape and then it will be up to me to devise a way to drain the catch basin that will collect the water.
Thanks. When given the amount of time necessary, I feel I am able to achieve pretty awesome results and judging from the owner's reaction on this one, I hit the mark. 🎯

Glad I found your channel. Absolutely great, professional, detail oriented job! Car came out stunning!!! I have a question, what were you spraying on the paint, then wiping after the polish??? Great work man!!!!
Thanks a lot. I used Defy at the end of this one because I wanted to give it a bit of gloss and slickness, but the owner was having a good portion of the car wrapped with paint protection film, so I didn't want to use anything that would be hard to remove to get the film to adhere.

I just subscribed your channel 2 minutes because of this amazing video. The detailing process, slow motion video and the music was stunning. I love it from start until finished. Mega class job! 👍
Awesome. If you liked this one, you’re going to love many of them because this is my signature style. Enjoy and thanks for the support! 🙏

I must have watched this video a thousand tmes. Time stamp 17.15 Just has RAD ALL OVER IT. Awesome track.
Thanks Alex. I am very proud of that project.
Great job as always!!! Amazing your new tool for cleaning wheels 👏👏👏
That aluminum stand is pretty reasonable. I just snagged it off Amazon. I wish it was a bit wider to accommodate these monster wheels I’m usually dealing with. It works though.
As always a fantastic vid. Something to enyoj now when the snow is falling outside. This is just so satisfying to watch. You know I love your ways. Not only the vid with all its fantastic footage and editing but also the gentle treatment of the car. Greetings from Team Studded Tires ;)
You have studded winters? I’m jealous! Thanks man. Always nice to hear from you.
What a transformation Rick that red pops those wheel arches were bad keep up the great work.
Thanks so much. These arches are what you can expect with any car up here. I probably lightened the gross weight of this vehicle by ten pounds! 😆

Rick, what's the reason for changing from the power washer at 16:47? I'm new to all this, trying to understand as much as possible.
I had already pressure washed the foam into all the tight gaps so after the hand wash, the only thing I need to do is to rinse away the soap. That’s much quicker with a regular hose spray.
@@RADGarage
Just to be clear, because again, I’m new to this and I’m trying to learn, and I just purchased an electric pressure washer-Normal water pressure, perhaps from your garden hose, is best for rinsing your vehicle after the wash, not a pressure washer?
PS..I haven't done a "How To" video, since I much prefer, "Watch me do it my way" type of videos!
Awesome project Rick, great start to the weekend and this was well worth the wait . Great collaboration with Pan. Really great to see the channel grow! Now I'm going to snowblow the 20cm of snow off my driveway. . I miss summer already.

Today it was washday as well 👍🏻🤙🏻. The stang is shining again

Thanks so much. Detailing Audis is my favorite way to unwind. Too bad you're not local to me.
Great project Rick. Well done! Hey is there anything we can spray on the carpet wheel arch liner to provide some basic protection?
I used Gyeon Fabric Coat on mine this past Spring but didn’t feel it did much.

Always amazing job you do.👍👏🤙
One thing I do when I finish cleaning and drying carpets in the fenders is use from Renegade products the product named Rebel Landslide.
It was made to pop no matter what 😄😉like the red color in the Canadian flag🇨🇦
Wow, is this Russian or Ukrainian music? I have a friend from Ukraine named Irina and her sisters Olga, Oksana and Aliona who are from Rivne in Ukraine and I remembered listening to a music similar to this one.
I think you'll be in for a surprise when you check out Pan's latest upload! 😉
I have used protectant sprays on the inner arches in the past, but found the Canadian winter made short work of them.
I remember how strong the winter is there when visiting my friend who teaches at the Saskatchewan university and his wife teaches at Cree bilingual school.

Awesome video Rick! I love these specialist one's where you tackle a specific part as well, such as wheel wells in this case. Good day,Teacher Rick😀 Thanks for this awesome detailing video👍👍.Keep tight and stay RAD🤟🏼
Indeed, I will keep it tight! 🤘
Fantastic work, great content quality and awesome music on top! Subbed ;)
Thanks so much. Great to have you.

Thank you so much. The art of the detailing process is what I enjoy most. I'm glad you feel my work projects the artistry of the craft.
Love the aggressive look of the Audi brakes. Do you dilute the Adams Wheel and Tire cleaner?
Yes I do. I like using it straight because it lathers up amazingly well but the frugal side of me dilutes 50/50 most of the time. I think I had a bit of rich mixture in this video. 2:1 Cleaner to water.
I always enjoyed the vídeo , and music.👍💯🇵🇹
Thanks for the visit my friend. Stay well.

A new Rad video to start the weekend perfect.....
Doing my part to bring peace and serenity to this turbulent world!
Another piece of Art. I like the Color of the car 😁
You and me both! The Misano red is so vibrant. It was a challenging correction given the properties of the clear coat, but it is absolutely stunning now.
Superbe, ca c’est du travail soigné
Je vous remercie d'avoir pris le temps de regarder et de commenter ma vidéo.
Very cool video!
Thank you very much!
Perfect !
Always the goal!
Do you find you get much overspray when you apply your glass cleaner to the glass rather than to the cloth?
I have developed pretty accurate aim over the years! 🎯
I'm always waiting your new videos. Again top, again cool master class. Real detailing. Well done, salute
Thanks. When given the amount of time necessary, I feel I am able to achieve pretty awesome results and judging from the owner's reaction on this one, I hit the mark. 🎯

Thanks. I really appreciate that. It certainly has been fun to this point and I foresee it continuing to grow and offer me new opportunities.
What kind of camera and camera linse did you use for the footage? Is the also program to the footage? To showing your moving shoot.
I use a Sony a6100 camera on a series of sliders and motorized dollies. All video are produced in iMovie.
