It’s a studio apartment, so no real bedroom and there is only one smaller closet. It doesn’t work long term :) otherwise we would definitely consider staying!

Nice video. Throw a prayer of thanksgiving out to your creator and universe thanking it for your new apartment. Do it in the now, not the future. Just own it today and it will come.
It's nice to have a partner to share your concerns with. It's great that you and Avery see a future together. I always found that finances were the hardest things to work on. We did a joint account from the get-go after we discussed our goals. We had to decide if it was a house, condo, car, trip, etc. that we wanted to save for. How much, how often, etc.

those are important conversations! The gua sha is a collab with Eve Lom and Angela Caglia, it was gifted but really love it.

It's kind of, that people can't really miss the things they don't have in anticipation.
Like, it is not a question of the more/less, that makes the people happy:
1. If a one is struggling to day-to-day's meat, one goes to the N.Y. metro for 45 minutes street performance, and gets $ 50 is happy, if he/her only dreamed of a meal 'n' have a little bit of changes. Happy.
2. Same situation in the N.Y. metro, but the performer had seen in the TH-cam a world class performers making $ 2000 in a hour, and he/she got $ 50 in a 45 minutes. A bitter sweet symphony. 🧡
