Chicken Quesadillas Recipe (Mexican Food)🤤| Ramadan 2023 Iftar Ideas 🌙 / Quick and Easy meal Prep

These Mexican Chicken Quesadillas are made with seasoned Chicken, tortillas, and lots of cheese !!
Best part of this recipe is that you can fill quesadillas with your favorite veggies or filling .

It tastes great with salsa and avocado dip but Instead I made a tangy delicious dip that would taste perfect with it 😉🤞🏻

📌For this recipe I used homemade tortillas which taste much better than market and satisfies me
(you can use store bought tortillas or check my previous videos for tortillas recipe !

🌟Ingredients
•800g Chicken (i recommend thighs because its easier to cook)
•2tbsp Oil (i used Canola oil)
•1tsp Salt or as your taste (i used pink Himalayan)
•1tbsp Oregano
•1tsp Black pepper
•1tbsp crushed Red Chili flakes
•1tbsp Paprika powder
•1/2tsp Turmeric powder
•1tbsp Sugar
•1 Lemon juice
•1tbsp Olive oil
•1tbsp crushed Garlic
•Half Red Bell Pepper
•Half Yellow Bell Pepper
•Half Onion
•Half Onion For Salad
•1 spicy green Chili / Jalapeño
•Half Tomato for Chicken & Half for Salsa (seedless
•1tbsp fresh green Coriander
•1/4tsp Salt to taste
•1/4tsp Black pepper
•1tbsp fresh Lemon juice
🌟Lets make Dip
•60g Sour Cream (4tbsp)
•130g Mayonnaise (8-9tbsp)
•1 garlic Clove
•25g Hot Chili sauce
•10g Red Chilli pepper paste/
Chipotle Adobo Sauce
•2tsp Lemon juice
•Tortillas ( i am using homemade you can also use store-bought )
