    As a fellow GK5 owner that's doing tons of work on his car. Your videos are always super appreciated! I was having a brain-freeze on which bolts/clips were holding my rear bumper in place, after I thought I unscrewed all of it. Your video was of great help! Keep it up!

      Thanks Vlad!
      I hope this showed enough information. When I was filming this, the main focus was on dealing with a rust spot on the quarter panel.

    So, am I correct that your crash pad perfectly covers the entire cargo area and doubles as a sleeping cushion ? Metolius tri fold ?

      Yes, I have the Metolius Recon CrashPad.
      Open size: Open size: 42" x 60" x 4" (106.6 cm x 152.4 cm x 10 cm)
      Folded size: 42" x 22" x 13" (106.6 cm x 55.8 cm x 33 cm)
      Weight: 14 lbs. 5.1 oz. (6.49 kg)
      Color: black/gray
      I'm sure there is something similar that is cheaper, but I use this when I go rock climbing so It's dual purpose.
      I just really recommend a folding style mattress.
      It's so easy to just flip up a 1/3 of the mat and access under the seats or the spare tire area.

    Do you ever get any rust in the top hatch mounts?

    • @HondaFit4Adventure
      @HondaFit4Adventure  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      No Rust, but over the last few years the hatch mounts have been primarily covered by the roof rack & cargo basket setup.
      I haven't heard of anyone experiencing rust issues on the top hatch mounts, just some leaks where the seam welds are.
