- Mother of slain Jammu and Kashmir police cop Bilal Ahmad Magray broke down as President of India Ram Nath Kovind awarded Shaurya Chakra to her son posthumously. Sara Begum, the mother of the slain special police officer, was in tears when citation was being read at the Rashtrapati Bhawan. Bilal Ahmad Magray was killed in a counter-terror operation at Baramulla in Kashmir Valley three years ago. As per the citation, the slain policeman in an assault by terrorists while he was rescuing the trapped civilian during the operation. Watch this report for more.
