Not me. I've grown up knowing what pieces of shit they are and have no problem putting my name in for a tag when the DNR says the population is high enough for a wolf season
That's the power of friendship and bonding. It saves yer ass from direwolves far better than fear and intimidation. *Not like you should expect Night's Watch grunts and banished scum to ever realize that.*
Season 7, I believe it was. In Season 8, we were all expecting Nymeria to show up with her "super pack" to aid in the battle against the Night King, *but she never did.*
@@ljxr2745 shock and all. Also as im sure you know the books werent finished so they took liberties in writing. They should have waited im sure vast majority of people would of liked that.
@@DragoonZellI'd much prefer the largely shit ending we got to no ending at all. It's been 9 years since the last season aired that was mostly based on a published book. One of the respects in which House of the Dragon is better is that it's based on a book which has already been published. Also different writers helps enormously.
Although dire wolves and gray wolves look very similar, they are not related. Recent genetic testing shows that these two species have separate lineages. Surprisingly, the last time these two shared a common ancestor was around 5.7 million years ago.
Really wanted the wolves to stick with all of them the whole time but I guess budget and plot? Like Nymeria should’ve escorted Arya home but refused to enter preferring to live in the surrounding forests close to home but still doing her own thing just like Arya and ghost should never have ever left Jons side for a second of battle or political meetings just the sheer command and attention you get from walking in with a wolf bigger than a man that’s just cool with you and only you
come to think of it, the only starks who survived... Are the ones who were loyal to their Wolves. Rob Ignored his wolf's warning, and so paid the price as did his mother who gave foolhardy advice, and sansa's wolf died mainly because joffrey's a vicious bastard so that's not really on sansa.
It's kind of interesting how all the great houses had their animal sigil as pets or at least seen. Yet not once did we ever see a lion in Westeros or Essos. Kind of like a parallel to how lions are a symbol of England despite the fact that lions don't exist there.
I love that Sam is basically the second owner of Ghost
uncle sam
Sam and Ghosts are particularly friends.
Jon and Ghost are bonded, in the books he can warg into Ghost, Sam is Jon’s best friend so of course Ghost will be close to him.
I can’t the budget isn’t big enough 😂😂😂
Lol
They used all that budget on the dragons LOL
😂😂
What
Or the writing good enough
Fun fact, Sophie Turner adopted the dog that played Lady after the episode where she's killed aired
Almost fully makes up for the sh@tf@ck way she did Nick Jonas. Almost.
Aww! ❤️
2:12 I love how the Direwolves are so connected to their owners, that they view their owner's friends as worthy of giving commands 😂
Ahem
I think we were all shouting GOOD GIRL when Nymeria bit Joffrey
I was shouting go for the throat
The unrealistic love that GOT has given me for wolves will get me killed someday ❤😂
Same 😂😂
😂😂😂😂

Good thing dragons don't exist or I'd be ashes
The time when Arya throws stone to Nymeria makes me sad. Also her reunion with Nymeria always fills my eyes with tears
Literally the entire Night's Watch: *basically shit themselves whenever Ghost looks in their general direction*
Sam the Slayer: "Shoo!"
They don’t realize that friendship can be bought with snac
That's the power of friendship and bonding. It saves yer ass from direwolves far better than fear and intimidation. *Not like you should expect Night's Watch grunts and banished scum to ever realize that.*
Ghost saving sam is my favorite ghost moment
I feel so bad for Lady. Cersei deserved being forced to perform that walk of shame.
Love how Ghost came to the rescue with Sam, like 'don't f*** with me Uncle Sam!'
Wolves and dragons have more in common. They have affection for their friends and fury for their enemies.
Arya and Nymeria meet again, in the 7th or 8th season, and the direwolf is one leader of a large wolfpack.
Season 7, I believe it was. In Season 8, we were all expecting Nymeria to show up with her "super pack" to aid in the battle against the Night King, *but she never did.*
Ghost was Goodest Boy
triva: Sophie turner adopted the dog who played lady
Think only nymira and ghost were the only wolves who lived. They also grew to be huge cause they lived the wild.
saggydog and summer too are alive still in the books
@@scubasam4255 ah ok, cools. So all but 2 died in the show and all but 4 died in the books, got it.
Whats with the show killing off these chars

poor lady 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭 that was not only unfair but it was betrayal
Where's the part where Bran's is saved by his wolf? That was the best.
3:57 made me snort.
4:14 was the angriest I ever was with Jon.
Yeah I was pissed off with Jon Snow at 4:14
The come here from john was personal
The direwolves are all baby
That hug Arya gives Nymeria at 0:57 is too cute. And I like how she recognized Arya at 4:03. Plus, that little "Wait for me!" at 2:10, just so funny.
Truly the best characters in the show
What’s the show called?
ghost has to be my favourite dire wolf. hes so like my dog lol
The wolves were my favorite part of the show! Ghost, Grey Wind, and Summer were my favorites
Ghost literally had summoned Jon away from all the bs 😅 He was like " yeah you belong with me!" 😃❤️🐾
That caption for Ghost, "Let's breach and clear" . . . Priceless.
Nymeria and arya emotional soul I love it nd l like both character
Wolves were adorable. Ghost is my favorite. ❤❤❤❤❤❤
These actually weren't wolves, they were Northern Inuits. Wolves are actually complete bastards
WHERES GREYWIND
Or Shaggydog?

haha, Jon pulled the white wolf, the runt of the litter.. Targaryens have white hair
We believe in Lady supremacy
0:16 I'm wheezing
3:38 Good boy, Ghost. Seek 'em, Ghost!
First time I see a wolf barking
I can't the budget isn't big enough 🤣🤣🤣 I laugh so hard!! The last season was a floop anyway...
Nymeria: Is this because I didn't get your gloves? 😭😭😭
such a drastic switch from live action wolf-looking dogs to giant CGI wolves, the CGI wolves are badass tho

That’s how it was in the books.
In 20 years when this gets remade I hope they have more of a budget for the dire wolves
I love
The first clip was so sad and the baby is so cute
2:02 Damn, I forgot how small direwolves were at the begining, and suddenly BAM! 2:13
Ik I'm supposed to be focused on the direwolves but oml I forgot how cute Jon was in the first couple seasons
bruh they forgot greywind scenes, shaggy is more trivial
I'm a sucker for greywind
Goodest boys.
How are the earlier episodes' nighttime more visually present compare to the nighttime of the last season?
The series may have gone down hill but I think we can all agree that they were best dogs the Starks could have hoped for
Can you imagine how insane Arya would be as a trained assassin WITH Nymeria?!? If she got Nymeria back
Ghost is the goodest boi
They pissed me off when they killed the direwolves
I hate seeing them die, fuck you goerge ☹️
Man how’d they train huskies to sit for so long?
1:20 I'm sorry 🥺
Please forgive me

What about when Grey Wind almost relieved Greatjon Umber of his fingers?
😮❤🎉
"Lets breach and clear." Lmao
Poor ghost lost his ear
Wouldn't be interesting if Lanisters had a lion each?

those pups are weeks old. not just birthed
Falto el lobo de Rob
Absolute trash tv show
Agreed and not agreed

Not until the last couple seasons. It was great before that.
