At 3:40 the mushroom that u thought was a toadstool was actually a slippery jack. Those are actually in the same family as the porcini mushrooms and they taste really good

It is difficult to get onto farms but it’s always worth an ask! I’m in a lucky position where I know one of the oldest families in the area and that tends to open a lot of doors/gates.

I'm still yet to go for my first forage this season. Went late last year and missed loads as they had already been foraged. Including porchinis 😔.

The farm where I catch yabbies from and the Forrest are both located in the Kuitpo area.
