I never got to learn french macarons from a master like Camille, so it was really fun for me to be the camera guy as well as the audience asking him questions and clarifying some steps from a beginner's perspective.

Dude, u have to keep beating the fridge or maybe buy a mini fridge you can hang like a boxing bag from the ceiling or maybe put on one of those sand weighted pillars. The combos are key learnings.
what would have been hilarious is if you had a quick cut and magically you're in your kitchen kicking the fridge, then cut right back in Camille's kitchen lol
