Pls what is softener and how important is it ro the machine?
It helps to keep you cloth soft and to make it smell nice. The friction from washing and spining your cloths often will cause them to start tearing easily. So the softener helps to keep your cloths firm and soft, protected from tearing.

Thanks for sharing. I have the 13 KG, and even after plugging the water source to hot and selecting the Hot option I still get Cold water.
It ought to be plugged to a water heater I guess.

I have the same hisense top loader but 13kg, I noticed that the water tank hores doesn't close totally and the water doesn't pour in much like I can see your so it takes lots of time before water gets into the machine
What can be wrong that it's taking lots of time to pour water in
You can pour water with buckets if you are in a hurry, and then call a plumber to refix the hose. Maybe it wasn't properly fixed.What if it's being blocked by particles in the water filter? What if your taps have low water pressure? I have just brought same the 8kg today but when picks automatically and it keeps filling water and draining at the same time it doesn't wash

Does yours spin aftr washing with detergent first before rinsing? Mine does that, then it will start rinsing and spin after. Thanks for the video

Hand wash detergents won't wash your cloths properly. They can also clog your washing machine.

Yes, liquid soap for washing machine can be used. Pour it in the left portion of the detergent box. No, softeners isn't the same as Bleach. You can buy them in supermarkets. I talked about softeners here

There's no option like that . Just put your drainage pipe flat on the floor.

Yes it does. This is the process: wash, drains of washing water,spins, refills with clean water, rinse and spins. If you selected the fuzzy setting.

Raise the drainage pipe up in a rainbow manner that is what that U shaped pipe that came with the washing machine is for . Do not put your drainage pipe flat on the floor. Take it up and then down. I have this kind of hisence product but 10.5kg. It is giving me problems. It is just one month old but It suddenly refused to spin. I took it for repair andit has just arrived. But on its first trial, water is filling nonstop and just overflowing, what do yousuggest i do?

@@amaraokonkwo_thank you for your response, I eventually figured out the problem. The sensor was not working. I opened the the top part and rejoined the sensor wire...yellow in color and the machine has worked since. Thank you again dear Amara, your videos are helpful.

It doesn't have to. Just use any detergent for automatic washing machines and follow the measurement for 8kg machine. It'll wash your cloths clean.

It washes very fine as long as you use a washing machine detergent as seen here .

I have bought something like this 3 months ago and I haven’t enjoy it for a sec since then, whenever I try to use it, it only wash the cloth for some mins and after it will stop and pour out the water
You can try again or call the office where you bought it from to send their technician to you. Your warranty should still be valid

Can i use a bleaching agent
There's no box specifically called a bleach box but I think you can decide to soak in bleach inside the tube after the end of your wash cycle. Soak in bleach for as long as you want and select rinse to finish up. #mythoughts haven't tried this.
