The math on the permutations of cards seen/ cards in a deck are astonishing. Even the math on a 52 card deck of playing cards says that no 2 decks in the world has ever and will ever be in the exact same configuration. Look up the math on that if it sounds ridiculous. I know it sounds unreal but the math doesn’t lie…
Hey lsv it would help with your sound quality a lot if you add a high pass filter (low cut filter) to your recording or post processing chain. It would cut down the noise from bumping the microphone and people walking in other rooms. If you want starting point tips I'd try a 12db high pass at 100-200hz and see how it sounds. A tip - make sure to preview your recordings using headphones as a lot of speakers won't reproduce the low end fully, your videos tend to have a lot more low end than is needed for what is mostly just a human voice. I introduced Mack to my powered cube when he was in high school. He passed a P3P1 mox ruby while drafting mono red for a Rabblemaster. To this day we call a passed mox a Mack's Ruby to remind him.

I felt the heartbreak. That was such an awesome deck. True Name got to do its thing once, but Oko and Hullbreacher never got a chance to stick around. Never really got a good mox hand (except the one that got black lotus, sneak, inferno titan to undo it) Just shows how important interaction is. A Force or a V Clique even would've gone a long way. Your opponents had it, you didn't really. Not that you passed any either so it's just the way it worked out. It's a shame because I loved it, but I still enjoyed the vid.

Jokes aside, this deck was great. Lots of picks came together just the way you want to see it. Sad to see it get walloped by reanimator, though beating the T2 Lotus-Sneak-Titan was very satisfying!

I still think Greg Hatch is the MTG content GOAT, but LSV is certainly the best right now.
Another draft where LSV doesn’t pick Dream Halls and they don’t wheel.
I could be wrong as I'm no expert, but taking wooded foothills over fourth eorlingas seems completely reasonable to me depending on the situation.
Their Discord disagrees. 😆 What you're missing is that if you the fetchland over Forth Eorlingus, you give the Forth Eorlingus to the other team.

Kinnan feels super strong to me in arena cube, I guess maybe it's not up to snuff in the vintage?
Kinnan makes infinite mana with a bunch of the mana rocks and otherwise. It's a combo piece more than anything

kind of wild how two opponents were essentially in each other's lanes and still got what seemed to be very good reanimator decks. (or it was just the crazy lucky draws against you, maybe that.) not that you really had the chance this draft, but I'm thinking anti reanimator cards are worthwhile sideboard pickups.
Sometimes everybody in a draft pod gets a good deck. You probably shouldn't overreact based on what you saw here: My guess is that LSV probably plays against Reanimator roughly once every other draft.

Why? There are lots of good six mana plays in cube.
I think that main deck was bad and the deck was much better with the RW Splash. 23 Mana sources in the UG version with curve ending at 4. LSV even got lucky with drawing his "top end" almost every game.

Yeah, a lot of the cards now feel more like Hearthstone cards than MTG cards.
