My testimony: After being an atheist for 8+ years, and "married" to another female, I got the urge one day to say out loud "IF there is an Almighty God that does NOT wish us pain or sorrow, please bring me truth, I wish to know you exist". Then God immediately started bringing me the answers I had been searching 8-11 YEARS for! I witnessed Him take control of my internet and the rest of my reality; He first proved to me that demons exist (I called them "inter-dimensional beings"), then He proved His own existence, which I later found to be Jesus Christ. that was so wholesome thank you for spreading the Word of God Bryce. it fascinates me how beautiful everything he created is and that is a blessing i am so so extremely grateful for because it allows me to see the good always. only two years ago when i was even younger than i am today just like you i suffered from servere depression. i started self harming and it didn't take many months for me to attempt my only attempt. i was sent to a pych ward for about 2 to 3 months and it was severely traumatizing. the stuff i saw there i will never forget. i stole, smoked, and after my discharge a few months later even took drugs. i lost a lot of the little weight i had from the beginning and became very fragile weak and underweight. i struggled with food ever since i was 13. it got so bad i didn't eat at all for days up to a weak. my clothes didnt fit they were all baggy, but i didn't see it. my drug abuse was also a big part of my weight loss as i abused the affects of the loss of apetite that came with the medication. before my admission i could not go to school because i was just in such a low point in my life and if that wasnt enough my father had been diagnosed with prostate cancer while i was in the mental hospital. i spoke blasphemy, disrespected and even disliked the Lord. after my discharge i had many moments of Jesus trying to reach me but every time i knocked the thought right out of my head. until one day. i was going on a walk and suddenly Jesus spoke to me. he said "come to me my child." and suddenly i was overwhelmed with emotion. it that moment, that was the moment the seed was placed. moving on from that i was very lukewarm but half a year later my dad's cancer came back and the doctors said it will probably end him one day. i never cried so much in my entire life. my dad abused me when i was a child while he was an alcoholic. but this was the time i finally repaired by relationship with him and forgave him. the news were so devestating when i went for a walk for fresh air right afterwards i passed out on the street. once i got to my favorite place in the woods i layed down on the grass and sobbed so loud you might would have heard it in the village. the night of that day was my 180 turning point. I surrendered completely. i prayed to God to help me stop my drug use which has developed into an addiction at that time. guess when i got clean. that night. that exact night. i was prepared for bad withdrawals but i didn't even have the urge. as of today i am officially one year and a weak clean from medication abuse and one year and 9 months from selfharm. I am very far in recovery of my anorexia too. I gained proud 15kg which are about 33 pounds. now i am exactly in the normal range and my body feels better than ever. you made me aware of how i have never had a single suicidal thought since that night. thank you for spreading the most important thing in the existance of everything, God's Word. last year i had very bad grades (F's D's) and got a doctor's note that they can't grade me this year. as of today i am attending a job school to persue my passion which is caring for children and not only am i best of class. i'm best of year. Everything is thanks to the Lord. I am so enormously blessed it is all His doing. thank you Jesus.

Hey man I just recently overcame Pornography not even 2 months ago, I know that feeling of being crushed, I used every bit of strength I had for 1 hr turned into 2, into 3 and eventually next thing I know I’m laying in my bed at 3am regretting falling for the trap I fell. But what I learned over the years is God Dosen’t want us to rely on our own strength but his. Our flesh is weak and when you spend all day fighting with your flesh it doesn’t matter what you do you’re still gonna fall. Next time those temptations come back rely on the lords strength to get your through and watch what happens, Now I warn you it won’t be instant it took me about a month to really stop craving porn and sexual sin and for the temptations to really slow down after the years I have been doing it now every once in awhile Satan tries to get me with temptations but since I’ve relyed on Gods strength for so long it’s like little twigs to me now praise God. Pray this next time Satan attacks you “Lord the devil is attacking me with temptations again, but father this time I seek your strength to get me through give me the strength to make it through and the will power to continue following you and ending this horrible addiction in Jesus name I pray amen.” Always pray and always be sober minded know your weakness for example usually Satan would temp me when I was in bed and everyone was asleep or in the shower were nobody could see me. Once you start getting temptations pray, quote Bible verses against porn and sexual sin and leave the area you are in and go do something else. Hope this helps it sure helped me. God bless and you will eventually overcome with the strength of the Lord.
