Mashallah! You have so many halal options there! Our Costco has 2 Saffron Road products and that's the extent of the halal labeled products. Lol
Thanks for sharing halal products in this video. Unfortunately, Costco in our city has limited products halal ☹️.
Fontaine has no certifications recognized by Canadian halal bodies like HMA, CHEC, HMO or CHFA. Some of the meats and chicken at Costco is certified by these halal bodies, but Fontaine (like some others) is not. They just simply write halal on the packaging. There has to be a 3rd party (One who's certification requirements you're comfortable with) independent certification shown to authenticate it being halal.
How to know this kind of information?
Very true. If you look at their company background, it states they kill their beef with little suffering. But that doesnt make it halal. Thats part of the halal process. Its there way to stamp something on their product
It says it's certified by HTO or halal transactions of omaha as opposed to just having halal written. Do you have any information on that? Thank you

I was trying my best to see where is this location. You have to mention this important thing. Another most important thing was not showing the price side by side for all the items that you covered. The whole thing is useless if we don't see the prices for each and every item! Just move the camera on the prices as well.

Hi there, I normally buy halal meat at Costco but they have changed their packaging to their own brand Kirkland with a halal sticker approved, I am a somewhat turned off since this switch because there is blood coming out when I cook the meat, I don't feel comfortable with this as I have bought halal meat at a Muslim store and there was no blood , what do I do?

So far we are only certain about Costco’s in Ontario and Alberta carrying Halal meat. Also the items might vary from Costco to Costco.

AS-SALAM-U-ALAIKUM. I have Someone who bought Kirkland steak strips. Is that halal?. It's made in US so most probably its not slaughtered according to the Islamic Shariah. They say its impossible to find meat which is slaughtered according to Islamic Shariah in US so they eat the regular meat served in the market.
It's not that hard, try local market or do a google search. You can also order online.

Yes, they do fit under Halal criteria. 👍🏻 Other than milk all the ingredients used in Kirkland microwave popcorns are plant based.
