This was a great company that unfortunately closed. Sadly the name was purchased and the reputation is being used to make some quick profit. The differences are many. Low quality wood only. just plywood and poor quality basswood. Poor quality castings and most brass replaced with white metal. No instructions at all. The 1:1 plan pictures will be conveniently missing as well. This is across the line of products hiding under the umbrella of the purchased company name. It is sad. If you want a quality model your on the wrong place. They will take every little fraction of your money they can squeeze out. Don’t spend your next year of creative leisure regretting the money lost to these greedy scammers pirating the memory of a lost good company.
The Santa Ana is the worst. Cashing in on an old memory with terrible wood. They even say it. Claiming it is for the environment somehow. But no discount passed along to the end user for the money saved…. For the environment.
Over Priced, out of scale, terrible plans & very cheap materials is what Artesanía Latina kits are today!!!!

Hola Sergi, la edición limitada durará hasta agotar existencias. No podemos decirle fecha exacta pero sí podemos decirle que no repondremos cuando agotemos el stock. Esperamos que pueda adquirirlo antes. Saludos.
Nearly 700 USD for a plywood kit? Really??? I would gladly pay 700 dollars for the old Santa Ana, but not this plywood ship..
Would have liked to buy this kit but instructions etc on a cd rom is a no go. Definitely need to bring back paper instructions and ship plan sheets especially 1/1 scale.

Esa popa debería estar ligeramente curvada, no plana, como se ve. Y las banderas están mal: solo había bandera rectangular en la popa. En la mayor portaba gallardete.

Modelo precioso pero muy caro. Creo que me faltan muy pocos modelos por construir de ARTESANIA LATINA (y alguno repetido como el NEPOMUCENO). Mi intención era repetir tambien el SANTA ANA pero de unos años a esta parte a bajado mucho la calidad de los materiales, y la falta planos a escala tira mucho para atras a la hora de comprar modelos de ARTESANIA LATINA. montar este modelo con un lector de cds y una pantalla no lo veo nada practico. Pienso que con este sistema ARTESANIA LATINA no se va a recuperar.Tienen que pensar un poco más en el modelista y no tanto en el ahorro de papel.

En cuanto a las instrucciones, con nuestras instrucciones paso a paso en los modelos de nueva generación no creemos que haga falta plano pues se explica cada paso al detalle mediante imágenes o videos.
Igualmente, Santa Ana tiene disponible varios planos que puede descargar desde nuestra web, al igual que todo el kit de instrucciones. Esperamos que esta información le ayude.

Just ordered it , on their website it has some photos of it unpainted with the Sapelli hull . Looks beautiful 😍
@@GregWilson635 hull material is yellow basswood, theres not sapelli. Write anex information in instructions on website :)
@@JW-dv6en instructions I downloaded from their website has basswood for the hulls first layer and second layer as sapelli. The photos on the website show the unpainted ship as sapelli. I'll know for sure when it arrives. If it isn't I'll just buy sapelli for it 😉
I don't know what to think about it. In the manual, playwood is 6mm as well as 6mm is keel hole, and in fact everything is made of 4mm plywood. I do not know how it will be done, there were a lot of errors and they add new

@@AmbersCorner2.0 I have downloaded the instructions for the Santa Ana which says Sapelli is supplied with the kit. If not There is a store here in Australia where I can get it or you can buy the Sapelli through Artesania or even Occre.
