I loved Paul’s face and him trying to figure out what to say about his “special” dish. What a clever trick and he was such a good sport about it all. You are the nicest couple and with Dixie you make a perfect family. She looked so content on your lap. I have a very small kitchen and with extra stocking up I’m tempted to turn a spare bedroom closet into a pantry. You just might have talked me into it with your cupboard clean out. Always inspiring!

I love your channel! My husband's family is from New York, but we now live in Georgia in the Heart of DIXIE. We've been preparing for over two years, knowing that something was coming. I've watched a lot of prepping channels, and many seem to have a 'panicky' edge to them. I started to get overwhelmed and worried. When I found your videos a few months ago, I saw how calm and clear you both are. And the info and recipes y'all give are truly helpful. Plus, I love the way you pronounce 'Paul'...it reminds me of my husband's grandmother. I visited New York for the first time 20 years ago, and I told everyone back home that New Yorkers are just as nice as southerners, if not more! You and Paul continue to prove me right!
