If you are having to watch this video just forget him, he's not ready and possibly never will be, or never will be within a reasonable time frame to build a future with. Women should not have to be relationship wizards and shoulder the blame like this. It's degrading. The right person won't need this kind of ridiculous homework and coaxing. If women just cut men off as soon as they started behaving poorly there would be a lot less bad behaviour out there. Unfortunately no one is taught how to set boundaries and so this combined with the endless availability of new people on dating apps has made the whole thing so disposable that no one appreciates anything these days even if you're a total catch. All you can do is have a very strong cut off game and eventually you will find someone decent but it's really not the norm as most people are dishonest, immature, confused, unable to commit these days.

A man will still pull away on and off even after 20 years of marriage. After too much intimacy for his level is reached, he will need to retreat, it's a masculine instinct, not a choice they make.

If this becomes a pattern and he’s constantly ghosting after contact, I think it’s time to let that guy go. I don’t want him to think he can treat me like that and think it’s okay.
It's normal ladies. The best course of action is to focus on yourself, focus on your life, date other men, have sex with other men if you want to, just live and what you'll experience is that the men that pulled away will circle back to you or you will realize they aren't all that important, you're not as into him as you once were or you'll realize he wasn't good enough for you. Be thankful when men eliminate themselves because those men are unavailable and would make you miserable with their breadcrumbing unavailable insecure behavior.

Also what to do if you do chase? For instance asking a man when you’re going to see him again. Especially if you’ve been in a long-term relationship. Is that OK or is that chasing?

He's very attentive, validating, amorous, sweet, funny ...( Italian!! Lol)..
But,
Just this past Thursday ( 3/17)
he was Diagnosed with a Termial Illness;
Not curable. Somewhat treatable -- has MAYBE 2 years at the outside.
