I am pretty sure the National Stadium time captual was threw away by an ignorant demolition worker as debris because his boss did given special instructions to look out for it.

It's impossible for the capsule to sink - it's not buried directly in the ground
Unless the entire structure at 5:28 sank as well.

There are time capsules bury at Ngee Ann Polytechnics student and lecturer bury only to allow to take out 70 years later .My bro who born 1976 who used to be student is quite Sad , by time can recover he will be 90 years.. he not sure if he can live time lobger for the Uncover of it !
