PTM doesn't add that much new content as from what I saw, while the steam release ptlv thats in the works WILL add stuff like the new ghost transformation, grandpa pepper, new ui, etc, etc.
PTM is a good mod for people that like nostalgia, while Steam Release PTLV will have more features, and its being worked from scratch.

Why’s it called shifting dungeon?
Like with a name like that you would expect it to be like you go into a room and then come back out only to find your in a different place than where you started, but the only gimmick here is the fact that it has secret tiles.

The guy who worked on it was moved over to helping with programming stuff for the base game
if it weren't for him helping on the full game, it probably would be way buggier and way less polished, so it's a sacrifice that had to be made for the sake of getting such a quality title
