Nah, since this mod feels like it came from 2009 newgrounds it fits right in with those Mario vs Luigi animations
I mean. Luigi WOULD have some resentment towards Mario, And the Noise seems to have some resentment towards Peppino so it fits sorta.
I woulda made luigi bowser jr. I just think the rambunctuios attitude fits BJ better

They should make vigilante a goomba or a koopa with a gun
it will be cool to have the Koopa Bros. (or only one)
They also should have made Pizza Face either King Wart or Bowser.

Okay so the story is that Pizzahead gave Peppino a strange potion that made hallucinate and start seeing everything as Mario??
I think Pirate Master was control machine but It was Risky Boots, She control a The Pirate Master engine machine and Hatsune Miku would be Snick, Kamek would be Mr.Stick, Pit and PAC MAN would be Gustavo and Brick, Yoshi would be Mort The Chicken, Pirate Master and Risky Boots would be Pizzaface and Pizzahead
The bosses in my opinion could be:
King Bob Omb as Pepperman
Goomba as The Vigilante
Bowser Jr. as The Noise
Wario as Fake Peppino and Wario head as the Monster Fake Peppino
Bowser as Pizzaface
Waluigi as Pizzahead
Bonus points if Hurry Up played during the Wario Head chase
I actually think Hammer Bro could be Vigilante, as Goombas are much too weak.

Either replace Luigi with Mr. L or Sonic the Hedgehog as the Noise & replace Daisy with Amy Rose & maybe replace 8-Bit Mario with Weird Mario from Super Mario Maker or Bowser Jr./Shadow Mario.

Also why Pizzahead wasnt replaced with initially Bowser in clown car then it would opened to reveal completely someone else like Princess Peach being traitor or the True true main antagonist of mario Series Kamek the Magikoopa.

He hasn’t transformed into a pepper, but everything Pepperman does is something Wario has done. (That includes the painting, Wario has gotten a wand before that granted the ability to transform into an artist that could paint things into reality, amongst other personas. This was during his adventure as a phantom theif when he pulled himself into his TV)
