Thanks CE, I never learn my lesson and keep trying that singing thing. Almost made the grave error of picking up my real guitar, but I was saved by not knowing where to find the noise gate on my guitar synth module was. On the GR-55 it is called "SWITCH"
His name was Tony Ghalliger hey was on tour with them as I recall in the 80s he never made a record with them I haven’t spoken to him for years but during the 90s I spent a lot of time with him as he used to borrow me keyboards from the shop he worked……we were all making dance music in those days
Thanks Leeroy, all that guitar stuff was a real bugger to get sounding reasonable. I even got out my real guitar and Roland GR-55 guitar synth at one point but didn't up using any of the stuff I recorded, because I couldn't work out where the noise gate function was on it. The braniacs at Roland called the GATE function SWITCH for some unknown reason.
@@LeeroysMusicalJourney I justified spending the $149 bucks because I wanted the new vocal effects chain plugin and compressors. It also has a new mini Iconia orchestral library thing. Honestly if you are happy with the stuff you are currently using you can live without it. The UI has some minor improvements and you can edit multiple MIDI tracks at the same time. Cubase goes on sale from time to time at 40% off and that usually apples to upgrades too so you can save some money if you are patient.

Thanks Michel, I just shot some crummy iPhone footage while I was doing vocal takes and blended it with some Vythm JR app stuff, nothing too exotic.
