I've just discovered this YT channel and I need another fountain pen channel like I need another hole in my head, but here I am, a new subscriber! 😂😂😂 what a lovely voice and a thorough review. Thanks!

I get you. People asking me "what are you doing with all those pens, don't you have enough?" How can you have enough? There is always room for onemorepen.

I have both an old and new Parker Jotter fountain pen. Let's address the 800 lb gorilla in the room, the Parker Jotter ballpoint is just a freakishly fantastic value pen and overshadows both the pencil and fountain pens versions in this line. The Jotter fountain pen is a natural extension of this line. It is sturdy, reliable and sleek. I like the aesthetics of the older Jotter fountain pens but both are very good medium nibbed writers. I seem to have one or the other inked at all times.

You are right about the Jotter ballpoint pen. The reason I did not really mention them is because I think they deserve their own dedicated review, which I hope to do soon. They are especially travel friendly and I love that whenever I have to fill out a form somewhere and I am expected to use whatever goverment issue pen they have, I can reach into my pocket and pull out a shiny stainless steel Jotter. Thanks for the comment!

Thank you for another great video! That ink looks very nice, btw.

Thanks for commenting. The ink is devine, I can't get enough of it.

This review is spot on and captures my thoughts of this pen perfectly! An underrated pen that is a lovely writer but has a very skinny body, that being said I still love writing with it! It has nice line character. When I find a good sale I will buy the Jotter XL ballpoint stainless steel to match my fountain pen version.

Ah, I have the XL ballpoint and it provides exactly the little extra body you need. If only they had an XL for the Jotter fountain pen...

Muy buen vídeo! También tuve una Parker 45 en la escuela primaria. Claro, también la perdí! Nostalgia de cuando, con aquellas "máquinas", nos alfabetizaron. La mía era rojo budeos. Un abrazo!

I own the new style stainless steel mode. I like it, the only reason it is not my daily use is it is a bit small in diamiter.l prefer a more robust feel to my pens.

Exactly my sentiment. It's an excellent pen, but could be just slightly larger. And I love the stainless steel version.

Great video. Just subscribed. I found one in full stainless steel trim in Fine nib. Does the cap says France printed on it. My parker jotter ballpoint does. Thanks for the great video and love the ink 😊.

Thanks for the comment. The cap does say France. I've never seen them with a fine nib, let me know how it writes. The medium is nice, but it is a rather broad medium and I have always wondered if a fine would be that perfect nib size on the Jotter.

Oh yes my friend. I have a video coming up on the Vector XL. But I can already tell you, I love those pens.

Just a waterman allure copy. And since both brands belong to newell brands, a multinational company that only cares about profits, i am not sure if we can say it's a copy or just a joint production product.
Anyway Parker and waterman quality decreased with the years, and even more nowadays that products are made in China and only assembled in France, so that way they can have the France written on them.
If you find them on a reasonable price below 20 USD get one.

You may be thinking about the Vector XL which is a lot like the Allure. Yes, I have also noticed quality taking a serious dip - very disappointing, especially in the build quality of the old Vectors, which is one of my favourite pens. @@nikossiotas

@@onemorepen The pens from waterman that have the word "Deluxe" on their name are actually made in France. Allure Deluxe, Hemisphere Deluxe, Expert Deluxe...
An allure deluxe costs about 40-45 euro when a normal allure is about 20-25 euro here.
Older Parker and waterman had more tipping material in the nib and better plastics in my opinion.
