All right Pedro and Pedro's dad this is getting a little ridiculous. I know we like the same gear but I'm on Amazon trying to decide on what length pier net I want. I'm all excited cause I found this really cool net made by this Japanese company and then I see Pedro extending it to net Pedro's dad's fish and that was 2 weeks ago. You guys always beat me to the punch but man you have good taste. I tried to DM you yesterday about a rod I saw on sale at Tackle Direct and you could discount it even further with a digital coupon. It's an Okuma Rockaway SP Surf rod (8'6"M, mod.fast) originally $115 on sale for $80 use 20%0ff code and it's $64 out the door.I thought Pedro might like it because it makes that 8' Tsunami Airwave Elite Light seem like a telephone pole (it's only 4.4 ounces) with a Daiwa Fuego LT on it, the whole setup is under 3/4 pound. My lunch weighs more. Now that I think about it, you probably already have it but it's meant for San Diego surf fishing so maybe not. Either way, tight lines guys

This is pedro, Thanks for watching and thanks for the words and the and that set up is a really good set up for fluke fishing and me personally I like a 7'0 rod to 7'6" rod but you can still catch big fluke on that rod tight lines

Love the videos. Do you got any tips on how to work the shad and also what was the weight of the jig head

Hey this is Pedro thanks for watching I use 1/4 ounce jug to 1/2 jig and a 6in gulp jerk shad. In the early season I reel down and give it one hop and keep doing that same thing then in the later season 2 hops and you can switch it up but that's what works for me. Good luck!!!!
