Hello there brother. In terms of Display quality & colours, speakers output, general performance and the main and selfie camera general photo quality (white balance, colour accuracy, dynamic range & low light) would you still go for the Poco X5 Pro, a Redmi Note 12 Pro or a OnePlus 10T?

Nice review but the video was all over the place at some points (example at peak brightness you typed that the non pro variant was at 1200 nits and the pro one was at 900). But thank you for the review it made me decide non the less

Hi Adam I love your videos. I want to you to compare the Poco X5 Pro with the Xiaomi 12 Lite because the main camera sensor is same using 108mp Samsung ISOCELL HM2 and the chipset is same Snapdragon 778G, maybe you could do comparison with the previus Poco X4 Pro too that using same camera sensor but different chipset that the X4 using 695 version.
Are the x5 and x5 pro case compatible? They appear to be the same size and shape.

Nice video. By the way, i believe that poco x5 can only record max 1080p due to the limitations of snapdragon 695. Other phones with that chipset also have the same issue

I have my music stored on an SD card and I was disappointed there is no access to copying it to the X5 Pro 5g. As someone who has had Xiaomi phones in different forms for 5 years I'll have to find an alternative or get last year's model. Who is making these decisions? A sale has been lost here

Not much here, especially if you already have a Poco f3 or Poco x3 pro. The screen is probably to only reason to upgrade, though it's not really much of an upgrade

Any time I look for a budget gaming phone, I always want the 3.5mm headphone jack. I don't like using Bluetooth headsets, I've had too many occasions where I notice small amounts of audio lag even when it's like a 10th of a second
this is literally the reason i'm looking for poco phones rn, always had samsung phones but they ditched the headphone jack :x
@@Kasilyn_S I had a 2016 Xiaomi for ages and finally had to get another phone a few months ago. I've got the 11T pro now, no 3.5mm jack. BUT I was recommended to try Soundcore A40 earphones... Even for mobile gaming there's absolutely no delay on them at all, music sounds amazing, and the noise cancelling is brilliant. I actually use them in public even if I don't have music on because it lowers the amount of sensory overload massively! Don't think I'll ever look back now that I've found Bluetooth earphones that are comfy and work for everything

i just updated my poco x5 pro 5g to miui 14.0.5 and now the finger print sensor is not working and the power button too! i cant power off my device now! evrytime im long press the power button google assist is activating. help 😤😭

X4 Pro vs X5 5G & X5 Pro would be interesting. The X4 Pro and X5 5G sell at similar prices. Also, if 4K video and heavy gaming aren't vital, an X5 Pro is a high premium to pay, just to get this year's model. To show how prices have jumped, the launch price of the X5 Pro is similar to the launch price of the F3!
Poco f3 is the best poco till now except Poco f4 gt
X5 pro is around 80 dollars cheaper then f3 here(launch price). X5 is also 100 dollars cheaper then x4 pro but you get less then x4 pro. Tbh both are still ones i wouldnt pick. Gonna wait for x5 gt or f5 pro

First time I am watching your videos, and I have to say:
- Great pace, man! You got me hocked from beginning to end with your pace and
- Positivity and small jokes, which are always entertaining;
However, the thing that bothered me was you changing the position of the "regular" and the Pro version.
Sometimes the Pro version was on the right, other time on the left, and occasionally it was on the upper part of the screen, and so on...
It is distracting, and leads to some errors in analyzing the phones you are comparing.
Nevertheless, I enjoy the video very much.

Its annoying, that all camera are bigger than phones now. Why they cannot make phone thicker? They would have extra 2 mm space for everything, it would looks better and would be more handy.

Hey Adam you should do a xiaomi mi 11 lite 5g vs poco x5 pro 5g comparison since the new miui 14 is coming and the price of the 11lite is about the same.
I have problem with Poco brand 2 times replacing battery swollen within a year end up CPU crash unable 😭 to fix again might to invest RM500-600. 😢 FYI I'm not heavy gamers.

Agreed 700 Series Are Better...But As Long As I Experience Painful Lag~600 Series Would Be Even Good Enough...Just As Long As It Anit A Rubbish Bin Mediatek Processor... Although There Are Some Absolutely Splendid Phones That Have That~Like The TECNO POVA 2 & TECNO POVA 3 For Example... Therefore We Have No Choice...

Don't buy that one.
The poco x5 pro is a midrange device. Go for a better device with better photos and video camera. Buy the S23 Ultra or the S23 or the S23 plus. You will be satisfied with that. The poco is good for people who just look something up and call and text, not for people who like decent photos and video. I also like the Samsung software better. I returned the Poco. Don't buy a midrange device.
Poco x2 and x3 pro have motherboard issues . One of my frnd who owns x4 pro also faces display glitch issues. Eventhough specs are good i am kind of little scared to buy poco 😓. Can we really rely on poco and buy this x5 pro?

In 2022( a disaster year to buy a 2022 smartphone, luckily i bought the POCO F3 at a good price) even the POCO X4 PRO was recording only 1080p. The snapdragon 680, 695 and the mediatek G96 don't support 4K video. I hope the chip shortage will end, all smartphones will have new chipsets with 4K support and better specs. Otherwise we must punish them and simply don't buy smartphones.

i received the Poco X5 Pro 5G. It came with a broken charger and broken adapter. And the tempered glass screen protector is also broken.
And the seller refused to provide refund.
