He himself was not popular. Latimer is not exactly an exciting candidate yet easily defeated Bowman. That should tell you a lot.
It's proven by independent media that Israel claims are lies.
In fact, the UN has officially blacklisted Israel, and ICC also decided Israel action is plausible genocide. Israel is more evil than the other side.
Yip .. can't stand bowman, but yes I would hold my nose
and then one day for no reason at all...
I think even without the AIPAC money he would have lost, the pact money was just overkill.
his opponent was so horrible though. I doubt it.
Bowman was vulnerable. But Latimer would never have challenged Bowman if had he not been recruited by AIPAC who promised to give him all the financial support he needed.
Latimer had no chance without money
@@luodeligesi7238 Bowman made himself unelectable.
Did Bowman lose because of his opponents' resources dwarfing his? Did he lose because of a dumb fire alarm incident? Did he lose due to redistricting? Did he lose for his stance on Palestine? Or did he lose due to turning his back on the grassroot organizers of his constituency?
He was losing by 15 points before the AIPAC donated money, but don't tell breaking points that.
The other jewish lobbyists were already going against bowman before AIPAC got in. Definitely tilted the scale
Exactly. He was a shitty candidate.
You mean losing by a phone poll asking 200 ppl in suburbia ?
@@alifarah9 Dude you can look up his rally with AOC it was pathetically low in numbers from before. Progressives are losing support, you can only scream and demonize the other side for so long but it will wear thin even quicker when you dont actually support anything except calling everyone a name who doesnt agree.
If that’s true, and maybe it is, why did AIPAC put so much money into the race?
That speech he gave sank him. That ish was Wack!!
Bowman lost due to horrible campaigning and idiotic speeches
Yeah, Bowman was a race hustling clown
Amen 😅
So why did AIPAC spend 14 million for fun?
@@Choppermv17 To make sure the race wasnt close at all. Look at how the non progressive democrats NEVER supported him and supported his opponent. This was a power play from non progressive democrats. Bowman was losing by double digits before AIPAC even got involved.
@@Choppermv17to help ensure his loss by exposing some of his positions and actions to more people.
For now on, I'm educating myself what candidates takes Aipac money so i don't vote for them
Biden over his career is the biggest recipient of AIPAC money of any politician.
"Joseph Smith wandering out to Utah and creating Mormonism there." Really? Ryan, read a history book, please.
"If not for the counterfactual of..." - did you miss this part?
The money may have help. But Bowman has to take some responsibility.
What he did by pulling that fire alarm was no at all becoming of a US
congressman. The voters just did what Congress didn't have the guts to do, remove him from Congress.
@@susannaguillory6590 that’s one Karen level mentality. Oh he pulled a fire alarm. Forget the other guy raised taxes for the poor and took $16 mil of foreign aid money, but he pulled a fire alarm. The white moderates that MLK spoke about 🙄
Bowman was bad at his job and got cocky.
Krystal loves this guy 🤣 she’s coping hard today
Glad he's out
Cool man. Enjoy your new Joe Manchin that'll sabotage most of Biden's agendas to appease corporatists.
Why he did do,
What did he say?
Or just another troll here.
Bowman was easy to beat.
Let Bowman talk and take moderate positions against him.
Antisemitism and socialism does not sell to most of America.
I don’t hear much complaining about Soros from the left
One of many loses to come for the fake squad.
So you have a voters problem as well.
😂😂😂Fraud SQUAD LOSSSSTTT🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉.
Hooray for corporate power 😁👏
NY's 1st distrcit is the edge of the Hamptons. Vastly different than Staten Island.
Bowman is corrupt as it gets, and everyone saw it. Hopefully he can find a job as a fire alarm installer. He can make sure they are placed in areas that people won’t accidentally think they are door knobs.
"corrupt as it gets"
Doesn't mention a single thing.
@@alifarah9Dude ! The Guy farted in a bakery !!!
@@JohnCavendish-ql4jc how stupid does one have to be to decide to vote for one depending on whether a camera caught them farting ? Etc. He pulled the fire alarm! He farted ! Your pathetic.
the end of America. We suck.
How are foreign governments, allowed to fund campaigns against US elected officials?how many presidential candidates are under AIPAC umbrella.
Democracy dies, every time money is involved.
Democracy does not exist except in a voluntarist system anyways, its just mob rule money or no money
Bowman came to congress swinging like a veteran politician & learns a good lesson. It is not a big loss !
One of the squad down, wonder who's next.....
Basically anybody who doesn’t take corporate money
People heard of AIPAC power, and Jamal Bowman’s crushing defeat proved that reality true!
I'm sorry, but why in the hell? Is a foreign country lobbyists paying for our politicians to go to their country?
Especially when its not even a legal state merely a brutal military occupation with no defined borders
Ryan's reaction to the Beetlejuice story 😂🤣
Maybe the door won't hit him in the rear on the way out. Good Riddance Bowman!
Between the fire alarm and rally thing, yeaaa
It does suck
If Bowman's constituents approved of the job he was doing, AIPAC money wouldn't have mattered. He would've won handedly.
The fire alarm hurt Bowman more than AIPAC.
I agree. Also being gung ho to waste $billions in Ukraine and his failure to support force the vote. Bowman's record destroyed him with or without AIPAC. Maybe with no AIPAC the margin would've been smaller but the outcome would be the same.
Everyone forgot about it and now using that as a scapegoat and not the amount of money AIPAC put in lol pathetic.
Yeah they dumped historic donations into a primary and it had no effect. Stop it. Get some help.
lies, otherwise they would not have had to spend so much.
It hurt Bowman to people who already don’t like Bowman lmao
Or maybe Bowman was a terrible human being. He's a bully who when he doesn't get his way, pulls fire alarms DESPITE denying it as a former principal of a school. FOH Bowman!
There’s an online petition labeling aipac as a foreign agent
Money doesn't vote. Sounds like turnout for Bowman wasnt high enough, which is more of a voter apathy problem than a money problem
💥..did you see the pathetic rally for him? .. he's was not a credible candidate..vs Thomas Massie
This is the fault of the voters….
Democrats redistricted NY. He was down double digits even before October 7th. The district has shifted more of Westchester into it, less of The Bronx. Westchester is majority democrat but moderate democrats, not a radial socialist like Bowman. Latimer has been in county politics for decades, he has been the County Executive for 6 years now, has governed fairly moderately as a Democrat. The people of this district for a moderate Dem over a radical Dem. You know the same argument about not voting for Trump because of the "chaos" he brings.....that's what this vote was about.
It's quite sad to see that American voters are so willing to allow foreign countries to have a say in their country. It's also sad to see the amount of money dumped into one small district. The saddest is the voters being completely oblivious. Complaining on one hand, but then voting against their interests in the other.
Jamaal should enter the race as a write-in third party
agreed
Welcome to Congress George Latimer! Congratulations 🎉
Evil is powered by stupid.
How is this foreign interference legal ? Where are the democracy lawyers ?
F-ing People who Voted.
The house always wins... The House of Roth$child.
That was a message to The Squad to get back in line. And they will, they have no principles.
Krystal Ball: "Its those rascally Jews again!"
😂😂😂😂
I mean they are playing it to the trope of influencing an election with big money for the aim of benefiting a foreign nation (Israel).
It can’t be because he sucks, it’s, of course, the Jews fault. BP is ridiculous.
The progressive co-opt grift is over
Who cares. The Squad did not stand up for the People.
