- Installing the DOSATRON rack that we have assembled in the previous video. These are very versatile and installation is straightforward. They can be installed in either direction, can be broken in half, and water can travel both directions making it easy in all applications.

these things look intimidating at first glance, you did a great job of making it look simple. thnk you
amazing video!!
code enforcement is going to get you! LOL!! water next to electrical panel!!
Hey buddy amazing video thank you so much. I have a question. Is it possible to automate the delivery system for veg and bloom stage with the same dosers or you need a set of dosers for each stage?
Thank you for sharin have a great one
If you are flowering and vegging in the same room you only need one set of dosers you just change mls per gal on the stem.
@soseugs is correct. You can use the same Doser rack to feed veg and flower. If you have 2 separate rooms you would need (2) Doser assemblies to feed 2 separate rooms.
Your the man bud

Late to the party, i know but I do have a question.. is the leader pump pushing RO through the dosatron and from the batch tank into the room? If so how is it connected, is there another 24v valve being implemented? If not what pump is pushing the dosatron to batch?
I noticed the setup looked familiar.. I think this video is the answer toy question.. craft farmer one step ahead, again.. thank you for your content!

Same here just started .

Hi, Thank you for your video.
do you know if this sytem can use for multi room with different dosage each time ?
You would have to manually change the recipe for each room so to answer your question no. You would need to have a separate line for every room that has a different feed recipe. Unless you ran a separate batch tank for every room and manually change the feed schedule… but that’s a lot of foot work.
You can use peristaltic pumps to use 1 res for multiple recipies.
is there a doser for ph down?
Yes the first doser acts as PH (balance for Athena)
ok, so then i would set my desired ph in my r.o stock tank before it goes to the dosers?
Damn... shoulda painted the plywood 1st...
🐐🏆🐐🏆🐐
Sorry dude but that install was painful... Needlenose pliers to tighten spring nuts? Madness. That pipe was def not glued the best, didnt see any primer or chamfering. Just saying. I do like the idea of the Unistrut behind the dosers tho, so i'll give you that.
You missed the point of the video, it’s to show that anyone can install Dosatron anywhere with very basic hand tools. ✌️
Lol RO is such a waste of time and money
Why do you say that?
Hmmm… so if my ppm target is at 3.0 and my tap water runs out at 0.4 I’m robbing my plants by only giving them 2.6…? We’re playing a game of numbers here. If you need me to clarify deeper let me know.
Brother it’s not a waste because I live on a farm and my PPM without the RO is around 400-500 that’s bad if you wanna target a certain. Now with the RO I get 0-40 PPM
@@marvinking5572i live in the country my well is 13 grain or approximately 840 ppm we run a $4k water softener followed by a 5 stage RO system only way to do it period… depending on tome of year we usually always get 0 ppm 😎
Mixing nutrients from a zero point is the best way to go then you know EXACTLY whats in it down to the ppm of each solution you use 😎
🤡
What up buddy this Jesse Suzie Q Farms would you be interested coming to cloverdale to do this Job have shed being built Tuesday like to link up with you I stop filling you bro when people don't follow me on IG just rule hope you doing great brotha at least I'm almost ready for a Dosatron 3 years 😂
Why didn't you just run 1 inch pipe to increase flow
These d14 dosatrons have a mainline of 3/4” so you’re not really restricting flow by using 3/4” pipe and in the grand scheme of things on a d14 low flow system such as this 3/4” is more adequate. In this kit there’s a pressure regulator that will come stock at 45psi and you can adjust the pressure on it. Most residential pressure comes at 50-60 psi which honestly at that you don’t even need a pump in front of dosers or a pressure regulator.
the 3/4 line as mentioned is the real problem.. ive ran into this a facilities before... 1-1/4 to feed the room is great, but dosers will still be 3/4. Best to dump into stock tank and feed IMO
