Great video Richard, excellent footage off the Dipper, well done 👏, hope you had a great birthday 🎂, so looking forward to the next video with the ponys .
Have to say there are few things more relaxing than sitting for a few hours at the side of a river photographing dippers. I've done it in Derbyshire and Scotland and I never get tired of it Richard. Looks like an awesome location for it down south you have there👍👍
Great video Richard, it inspired me to try to get some images of Dippers with nest building material. I spent most of yesterday exploring the River Otter and managed to get some reasonable shots of Dippers with nesting material and several other subjects including Meadow Pipits feeding on insects which was a good opportunity as I have found it hard to get images of these birds with a decent background. Thank you for producing very entertaining and informative videos.
I think a fast flowing stream /river with its accompanying wildlife has to be my favourite habitat for photography - very nicely done Richard. 👍
Great video Rich - I look forward to seeing this for myself soon 😊
Nice video. Thanks for sharing. BIg Like 108
A successful outing I'd say! I photographed my first ever dipper while on a trip to Wales last week and I loved watching them dive into the stream and then come out on the rocks in the riverbed :) see you and the ponies soon!
Another great video! Dipper is one of my favorite birds, that i didnt manage to get really good photos of yet...maybe this year i will have some more luck, i found them bit closer to my home 😉🙈
Great work Rich
Great video rich, I’m glad the dippers are still there!
Me too and thank you 😊
Cracking Vlog as always, I do love Dippers, I had never photographed them before and I just stumbled on some the other day, got some snaps and some video, come and have a look at my footage, it’s not great, but a fantastic experience. Keep up the great work
❤️
Wonderful Rich. Looking forward to joining you in a few weeks.
Thanks Jane. Looking forward to it 👍
Another lovely one
Thank you 😊
Super Rich. Love to see your dipper videos!
Thanks Cliff 😊
Lovely video mate, always nice to see dippers. Although I have to say my favourite footage was the quick video of the robin saying hello, incredibly close! Looking forward to the ponies
Thanks bud! Yeah couldn’t believe it! That Robin does the same thing every time I’m there. It’s incredible how relaxed it is 😊
Fantastic. Thank you. All the best. 👍📷😎
Thank you 😊

Lovely video, great bird!

awesome
Thanks Keith
Nice one Richard. I think the take away from this video as I have found many times before is just stay with it. When photographing dippers patience is a virtue. Nice footage to complement an interesting video. 👌
Thanks Trevor and absolutely. Same for most wildlife really, patience is key and some luck of course! Thanks for watching and taking the time to comment 😊
Wonderful! You are so right about taking your time to observe the habits of your subjects, it definitely pays off 😊
Absolutely and thank you 😊
Great to see the dippers again Richard. Thanks for sharing
Thanks for watching 😊
