I have the white version of these for the last month and love them! Very comfortable, and for my job I wear them all day and that is usually longer than 9 hours, and while they aren't playing all of the time, I get a full use from them without placing them back in the case for extra time. I do delivery, and am dealing with people all of the time, and obstacles, so being able to hear sounds around me is important. The quality of sound is great too. I had been using the Sony Linkbuds, the ones with the hole in the center, and loved them too, but after two pairs and experiencing the same issue (left earbud stops charging or short battery life) I gave up on them. I just hope these Bose keep going without issue.
Just picked these up at BestBuy and they are amazing. I’ve been wearing them all day and I forget I have them on. The two buttons for volume and other features work really well. Phone calls are terrific. They are my favorite ear bud by a long shot.
I find the call quality is excellent outside unless you have lots of ambient noise (wind or traffic). They are open ear after all. The latest firmware update seemed to make a difference. I wear these every day, all day. So amazingly comfortable. I also like the new Steve Lacy color variant that is on the Bose site. Very sharp looking.
So far they are great. The sound is really quite amazing so good when you slightly nudge the pieces into your ears they sound as good as any in ear (I've heard A LOT) and better then many over the ear. Now you can not do this for long nor would you want to as they are not designed for this but they sound so nice and clean I find myself doing this pretty often. That being said you do not need to do this as they are plenty loud and still sound fabulous. I have had them 4 days and I wore them all day on Sunday in the garage listening to a variety of stuff, TH-cam, Apple Music, CD's streamed (through a low quality device, but that's changing) and it all sounded excellent. I never knew I had them on, I totally keep forgetting. For a pair of open ear I do not see how you could currently do better. They could cost less. I have several ear phones, a over the shoulder from Monster (I wanted the Bose but it was discontinued plus it was too expensive, even the eBay options) and it's really nice but it's big and everyone can hear it (it's great for torturing my wife while I sing along) and a number of other mostly Bose in ear and over the ear noise canceling. My current Bose in ear still have the wire from ear to ear and I really wanted something smaller and I do not travel like I used to so I was not looking for in ear and the discomforts and drawbacks so I jumped on these quickly. I also wanted open ear for all the reasons a person would want it for. The Bluetooth is fairly stable but I have had to reset a couple times, mostly when I've been away from devices etc. but I I would say this could be a smidge better say compared to that older set which locks on like a magnet. Maybe a update will improve this but I have to imagine the antenna are fairly small in these. Sorry if you've found I ranted on for too long... hopefully my experience to date will be found helpful
1:02 Traditional earbuds can only be worn for so long until your ears start hurting. 1:02 This is why I believe Bose earbuds form factor will be the future for earbuds unless there are unforeseen problems with this design which I doubt would be the case. The Bose earbud design looks properly designed. 2:42 if no one can hear what you are listening then this is a plus, you must love it.
Both ear buds were charged to 100%. I took them out and listened to music for sometime. The battery on the left went down to 90% while right showed 70%. After some more listening, the right went down to 50% while left was at 70%. Any one experiencing this?
What firmware are you on? Low key that “Standby” mode activates too soon/frequently in between listening to media. I find the resume chime subtle but annoying in my short testing period.
I have the shokz open ear earbuds and they are great for podcast and TikTok but not good for rap music because bass makes them sound like they are blown out. Do the Bose have good bass?
The bass is for sure better thank the shokz, and I’m saying that as someone who’s owned both the original aftershokz and now shokz. That being said it obviously won’t be the same strength as like in ear earbuds so just keep that in mind, but it’s definitely present
The hanging off the ear is going to be very uncomfortable over time. Sony linkbuds had the best open ear design ever, if only the sound were 15% louder.
It’s fine it just nothing to write home about. My gf runs with these and sometimes will call on a run and we can talk totally fine - it just sounds like a headphone mic haha
Great for music, the wrap around ear part is not my preference and they tanked in bluetooth calling; Bose has failed at keeping up quality with their name; I returned them.
Honestly for open ear headphones pretty impressive. It's hard to really relay from just describing it but it's for sure present. I did have to bump it up in the EQ settings in the bose app, but again for open earbuds it's on the better side of what I've heard for sure
I don't think this can have such technology. Im not being a knucklehead, but for that to be the case, you have to have something in your ears, buddy. These are more for everyday use and running around or training
Got a pair and they’re great for around the house and in work as you can hear around you
These look futuristic as hell and I love it.

I’m buying some tomorrow I’m getting the smok😊white color
Bose took noise "cancelling" to a whole new level

Not sure if you’ve been outside while on a call but my experience is awful.

Mine will be here tomorrow (Saturday) - very excited can't wait..
these are honestly pretty sick. might have to pick up a pair
Super cool seeing some new designs in the space for sure

Have you used them for phone call? How is the call quality?

What about phone calls ? You never mentioned that.
How is the microphone?! I haven’t seen anywhere talk about it. Is it good with calls?
Mic is *okay* haha it basically just sounds like you're on a typical phone call with someone. It's not insanely crisp but it gets the job done

I'm on the latest firmware - all valid feedback though for sure. I think the bright side is a lot of this can be fixed with some updates
1.9.8
The question is
Is it’s sound quality good ?
Would love to see your comparison of these and other Bone Conduction Headphones
I’ve tried both. No comparison. These Bose buds are amazing.
Does it make the music sound open? Typical tws made music sound muffled, like music comes from inside your head not around you
It sounds more similar to wearing earbuds imo, so the sound is still pretty crisp you just also gain that environment sound around you on top of that
i have them. they are Awesome! Sooooo comfortable, stable and sound amazing. you get what you pay for…
Love to hear it :)
Does it auto pause when you remove them from your ear?

How about for phone call? I read other reviews about very bad call quality
It’s fine it just nothing to write home about. My gf runs with these and sometimes will call on a run and we can talk totally fine - it just sounds like a headphone mic haha
How is the bass/sub-bass?
Definitely noticeable once you bump it up in the app, but obviously with open ear headphones it won’t be as insane as in-ear. Very impressive still
@@rillotv okay I definitely. understand the difference in form factor. Thanks for the reply
This is the biggest issue with open earbuds.
May be better than air pods!
Def different because of the open ear aspect but a really solid option in the space 👀
Great for music, the wrap around ear part is not my preference and they tanked in bluetooth calling; Bose has failed at keeping up quality with their name; I returned them.

Cool earrings you got there
Great explanation. Thank you

Excellent product but bad review. Next time just start from Sound quality, Bass response and tonality
I lost one 😢😢😢😢 this evening
You said nothing about noise canceling
They’re open ear earbuds - they don’t have noise cancelling intentionally
Woah 😮

300 dollars though! I'd take the Soundcore V30's and 250 change.
can i have a pair
I'll send you a pair of the white smoke but only if you post a video on them within the next two hours
you got yourself a deal@@rillotv
Might have to finally retire my wired quiet comfort earbuds for these!!
No wireless charging? No, thank you
Bose ❤❤❤❤ como an de sonar 😂🤩
No noise cancelling 👎🏾
Of course duh they are open earbuds
This is for people who want to be aware of their surroundings while listening to music
