Reminds me of how Alpha wasn’t coded to be a machine enemy in DLC4 (I had one of those chain attack accessories that adds +50 when chosen against a machine-type enemy, but it didn’t activate against Alpha)
Noah calling N and telling him he's full of shit is so god damn satisfying. Up until this point, Noah has never dropped any real swears mostly keeping a clean mouth. So to hear him just be so utterly *done* with N's cruelty and toxicity is immensly satisfying

N is the best character in the game. His story is believable. Anyone in his situation would go down that path. Noah on the other hand is clearly a character that can only exist in a story and is less believable.
4:30 This is probably one of my favorite underappreciated lines in this scene. N's breakdown usually gets the spotlight (and rightfully so), but Noah confronting N about his son cuts deep. Through their now-shared memories, Noah was able to see how N grew close to his son in the two brief years they had together and is in _utter disbelief_ that despite experiencing the immense love between a parent and child he still threw it all away and attacked the City - all for the Endless Now with Mio.
With FR i feel even more sad for N. He didn't wanted to kill his descendants and was used as a toy by Z so he could get rid of Alpha and take over Origin.
I feel like he's watching this whole scene thinking "wow I did all THAT??" in the parts where N screams and cries and whatnot. Like it must be surreal to hear yourself in a cutscene, let alone as two characters
Must be unreal seeing how that stuff you did with your voice in a Studio with just a bit of context Was integrated into a whole narrative of this caliber. He did such an amazing job.
Love seeing his reaction to the most memorable N scene from the game. Harry did sooooo good in this scene and I hope he knows that the effort he put in this scene paid off so well.❤ Also poor M, she just wanted a peaceful life with N and despite the fact that she loved N with all her heart she didn’t want her time with him being paid by people lives. When Mio say why can’t anything she said go through to him, I felt like those words were from both Mio and M herself. Hearing that must had hurt N in some way.
That moment they join hands and stand up, and the music builds to its climax... "Feelings Risen to the Sky" is suuuuuuch a good track, it hits so hard. Music aside, the voicework, man. Honestly, how do you even direct that??? And I can only imagine what that must've looked like in the recording booth.
Fun fact, the part of the song that plays when he takes the Flute back is Off-Seer Miyabi, which makes sense as it's her flute (the song was also written for the cutscene in Side Story Mio, it lines up perfectly with the events there) The second half of Off-Seer Miyabi (Alternate Version) is Feelings Risen

It is symbolic of her legacy, as it continues to affect Mio and Noah even then, long after her (presumed) parting. Legacy is a very important theme in this game, so I like that it's being honored in the storytelling this way.
He picked long. But I prefer short, the long hair is just attached to the end of the short. Their physics act differently and you can't unsee it once you notice.
Given the amount of surprise he's showing in this clip, I wonder what context he was given for his lines while recording. He clearly didn't have the full context of the scene since he was floored by the scene. However, many lines he had to voice, he had to be given SOME context in order to pull off such convincing performances as well. I wonder what it is about the scene that surprised him compared to what he knew to expect.
These are indeed some of the best moments in XC3, the Chapter 5 ending and chapter 6 start. It's such an emotional draining moment, untill all I felt was bitter at the point we got to the fight agains N. It's such an interresting story to see that N couldn't take the cycle of rebirth anymore and therefore turned to Moebius to be with M, sadly agains all wishes of that version of Mio, she had no say in all of this. I for one didn't see the swap coming, but M using her powers to swap her mind with our Mio basicly means that N forced M into her homecoming.
Yes he did, but that was also M's plan. Swap with Mio, and have her (playing the role of M) beat and subjugate the party, allowing Mio to live on and giving her the release from the life of Moebius she never wanted in a months time. However Taion was too smart and figured out a way to beat her Moebius powers, forcing N to step in.
I also love how it explains the Consul M fight. The fact that her battle theme has flutes playing, the fact that she switches from sorrowful to gleefully cruel; it’s because Mio’s trying to play the part of Moebius to make sure nobody catches on!
I feel like voicing the scene doesnt have any real weight to it, but when youre watching the scene YOU voiced, that's THIS GOOD? Man I wish I could know that feeling

If that were the case, we'd have already gotten Moebius N and M's outfits half a year ago. Besides, crediting wikis as your source is like playing a game of telephone. One guy has an idea, claims it is "likely a reference to" or "may be inspired by" something, and then everyone goes along with it as if it were irrefutable fact. Unless a writer comes out and says "We took inspiration from these characters" it's all just headcanon. Though, admittedly, that's probably not gonna happen.

Talk about internal conflict. Harry had to talk to himself for this scene and so did Noah and then Harry controls Noah to beat up N who has his voice.
