Thanks for putting this great mix of inflammatory and anti-inflammatory factors into contexts. Personally, I just have to look up these tables whenever I need to speak about these topics. I just don't have a mind that can remember the particulars very well. But I would like to point out how confusing the names can be. TNF was named for effects that have not really survived scrutiny. Its main role is not on tumors. And it does not drive necroses (except perhaps indirectly). So simply remembering it as a pro-inflammatory general cytokine is probably better than trying to make sense of its historical name. Thanks again!

I remember well being overwhelmed by the alphabet soup of mediators, trying to memorize which cells, which effects, etc. This video is just an attempt to provide a bit more context which, as you know, is everything!! ;)
