I have had Systemic scleroderma for over 10 years and found it impossible to explain how dreadful it is, as people only see me when I'm between flares, when I appear relatively normal. This video is excellent. Thank you x

@@macchiatolashes8211 I adjust the immune system not to let it destroy herself.
When inflammation is reduced, Fibrosis will not occur, disease will calm and suppress.
This is how I adjust my immune system to not destroy herself :-
      1. I eat nutritious foods. Avoid certain foods that will trigger the disease.
      2. Focus on exercising the mouth, lungs, joints, muscles.
      3. Get enough rest.
      4. Not stressful, encouraging yourself.
      5. I decided to reduce the Immunosuppressants or Immunosuppressive Agents in order not to get too low immunity and to prevent complication of infections.
      6. I have been taking a supplement to help detoxify residues in the blood and lymph system.
      7. Avoid contact with toxic chemicals.
      Important Note :
Anyhow, it depends on each individual condition how severe the disease as my condition was not severe at the time of diagnosis 6 years back. Nothing like finger deformed or no ulcer on the fingertips, only little fibrosis to the lung.

In Ayurved, Scleroderma is correlated with “Uttana Vatarakta” that causes imbalance of dosha, dhatu, & dushya. The imbalance of three doshas (vata, pitta, & kapha) is responsible for the scleroderma

If PM-Scl is positive on ENA test but ANA test is negative. Does it mean the person has scleroderma?
Symptoms are limited to Raynaud's and blood vessels only. No skin related issues are there at all.
Does it mean that there is presence of another disease that mimics scleroderma?

Yes, you can massage but I think that it hurts to touch my hands and feet. I use a heating pad when I don't realize that I have let my hand and/or feet get too cold. I find that it is difficult to get out of the Reynaud condition. Be preventive. Keep your hands, feet warm. Don't be uncomfortably warm, try 98 degree warm. Do whatever you can to feel better but prevention is best.
