I totally understand that the world of TH-cam wants to be fed with new stuff but I personally prefer watching videos now with a more stable style instead of a running for trend colours (as an example)

Have you ever read the Magic Art of Tidying up? It really helped me change my perspective and now, a year later, I have only 1/4 in my closet from what I used to have and they are all pieces I love. Decluttering is good, but the cycle of decluttering / buying is not good for your mind & wallet lol.

As far as i know she had a couple of very hard years. When people are depressed or distressed they do things to feel better. And if nobody else is making you feel better you have to do it yourself. So yes she shopped. And her cloths are of reasonable price range brands.
Exactly! It makes me sad to read these comments of people who clearly know nothing about her. I went through some hard times too and honestly I would do anything to distract myself or feel a bit better about myself and shopping helped, any kind of shopping, not just clothes. I bought a LOT of clothes, half of which I didn't even wear, but when I finally started getting better I organized myself and got rid of most of them (as in sold them) and my wallet was as good as new and my life was as good as it was before. People are so quick to judge, when I was going through those times people would always make comments about that but what they don't know is they weren't helping not even the ones that do it under the pretense of "helping" or "giving advice". All those comments made me want to do is to shop more. People deal with grief and sadness in different ways, if this is what helps then back off. Just because this isn't how you deal with it it doesn't mean other people should follow in your footsteps. For me it's better a shopping addiction than a drug addiction or something worse. And it's not hurting her wallet so it shouldn't be anyone's business. I'm so sick of the people watching beauty/fashion vloggers then complaining about " how much clothes they have".

Pallabi Mitra her clothes may be cheap and not really damaging herself but she has so much she hasn’t ever worn and bc it’s all from brands that are unethical she is doing a lot of damage to people working in dangerous factories by supporting these brands and buying so much she doesn’t need.

I have stuff from over 6 years ago in my closet that I rarely ever wear but I have bought so little clothes that my wardrobe looks devastetingly empty without them. I checked my pants drawer the other day and realized that 6 out of the 8 pairs of pants I own have been ripped (not the fashionable kind), which is the case with many of my old shirts too. I don’t have a lot of income (uni student) but I’m not totally broke either but buying quality clothing seems to be a hurdle to me that I cannot get over.
