Great inspirational video. I used to struggle with my landings early on and I would watch this video the night before I flew. Really helped me allot. Thanks Brian!
I've been flying for 3 years now and I don't care what the 18 are saying this is a cool fundamental video. Granted spicier wings may not correct the oscillations themselves but this is targeted to beginners.
What does he mean when he says "Contact!..."? I'm curious, that's when he has the landing lined up? When he's slowed enough to land? I want to learn this.
Hi Rich, I am in the process of building my own paramotorand was wondering if I could use some footage from this video in a vide I am making about the project.
Brian...Nice video...wish you were still at WAP...Flew yesterday for 1st time since I had knee replacement in Sep 2015. Nice to be back in the air! Bob Eaheart
Hi there, nice video. There is not enough out there giving clear info about landing. Would be great to see this taken to the next level. using multi cameras showing POV and side at the same time, with a voice over. keep your videos coming.
Do you use your legs straps tight or loose while you run for take off if ? Sometimes it is difficult for me to sit on the correct position. I'm a heavy an tall pilot. Thanks for your comments!!!!
It depends on the paramotor seat. If the motor has ABM or weight shift I tighten the straps up and lift my knees to wiggle into the seat. If the paramotor has high hang J-Bars then I snug the leg straps, but not as tight as the ABM set up. Hope that helps.
@@milvydasgalgatavicius6702 Depends on the conditions. Humidity, Wetness of the wing after you lay it out ( TARP comes in handy ), No wind.. Makes for an absolutely bad morning if you dont do it correct.

This is a REAL GOOD video for showing beginners the PROPER WAY to take off and landing lol x

Is this sarcasm?
This is one of the most helpful videos for landing paramotor on TH-cam. I watched it countless times."Contact, one, two, three, four" awesome.

You make it look so easy! I definitely need practice!!

+Robert Eaheart Hi Bob, glad to hear your healed up and back at it! I will be up there this summer. Maybe we will see each other.
How far and fast can you travel with the ParaMotor?
OH MY GOD, where do I get one of those?
My Paramotor Raket 120. It has 20kg of thrust. Is it possible to fly with both? How much thrust does your engine have?
Amazing video thanks for sharing. AA++++++.

We have been thinking about doing a new one. Maybe in the spring. Glad you liked.

Reach out to Brian Goff at Paraflightnc.com
Thanks.
Is it heavy on your back on the ground running with that on your back or ?
Not realy. Should be around 25kg.
Smooth. What kind of paramotor is that?
At that time, he was flying the Air Conception Moster 185. Give him a shout at paraflightnc.com - Rich
This is great. I don't think you needed to train with Eric in Dec.
How much flight can a full tank give
Depends on the motor, weight, winds, but I get about an hour 1/2, to 2 hours of flight time
so much for Trump's wall. It would have to be 1,000 feet high.
Al Silverman umm the ultralight aircraft hight lemit is 18k ft but all lot of paraglide go somewhere between 1-7k high
im pretty sure they are watching the airspace...
kevinrocksman not all of the wall
I saw a guy go above 17,000 feet on one of these things 😂
What is the wind speed?
most of our morning take offs are no wind conditions.
@@richramos8293 Hard to raise your wing over your head?
