I was so confused when I heard people calling this nem ran instead of cha gio when I visited Vietnam a couple years ago. Thank you for solving this mystery for me. My mind is at peace again.

You just like the women because you know marrying a vietnamese woman you are marrying her family.

In what culture is family not important? I've lived in 5-6 countries and family is important everywhere. If you're just watching the video for sex appeal, go ahead and ask if she has an only fans and leave the rest of us alone from your pervy desires.

You omitted the most important factor for successfully frying these types of rolls made from wetted rice paper: the frying temperature and time, but mostly the temperature.

Bây giờ mỗi nhà làm một kiểu biến tấu làm mất đi hương vị xưa. Rất ủng hộ em trên các nền tảng mạng xã hội, cố gắng lên nhé và bỏ qua những lời nói tiêu cực. So glad to see a video of a Vietnamese cook using Vietnamese rice paper ((Bánh Tráng) and not the Chinese spring roll or Chinese wonton wrapper to make Vietnamese egg rolls.
Some cooks use the Chinese spring wrapper to make so-called Vietnamese egg rolls.
Chinese roll wrapper is way too coarse, is way too thick compared to Vietnamese rice paper (Bánh Tráng). The Chinese wrapper makes Vietnamese egg roll taste like the oily Chinese roll --- ew.

3:15 you're doing that wrong. It will leak out of the viewer's right side. You must roll it another half-roll, so there's more skin on the side, before you fold it over. The insides will come out when you cook this one. I bet you edit that out of the video, right? So anyone trying to learn something from the video will follow your method then get a disaster and it will seem like magic it worked for you. I understand.
