Great video. But this is not where the common and most Mexicans live. If you're a middle class American, you won't be able to buy an average size property here more like a bedroom studio for at least 150k

Very true , and since this is my most recent visit in over 4 years I've noticed a huge increase in pricing across the board in the area from food to standard hotel rates.
