Serious question, Why do you think NRS refuses to actually buff Sub Zero? Most of the other characters are not as Kameo dependent and also have way more positive frame data and no where near as much damage scaling . I genuinely want to know why they don’t respect the grandmaster.
Because nobody like to Play against Sub Zero. He is annoying and forces you to use your brain when playing against him. Especially casual players can get easily annoyed if they face lets say 3 Subs in a row. So nrs thinks they constantly need to take care of casuals and the Sub Players at the same time which results in this fake buffs.

I’ll disagree and say the buffs are actually pretty nice. Or more accurately buff since only one really seems to be useful and that is the increased range on the ice clone. Some down pokes that wouldn’t have frozen the opponent when touching ice clone before definitely freeze them now. It’s made putting the opponent in the corner an absolute nightmare for them lol.
