I would not attempt to perfect this skilled maneuver on a bike the size of a T7. As you may find the repair bill outweighs the fun of this Red Bull infused T7 parkour!
The T7 is Yamaha Strong. It can take it. Though yes, I wouldn't suggest folks learn to do this on their T7. Start on trials or enduro bike. A lot cheaper when you drop them. 😁
I highly recommend "crash" bars (aka fairing protectors/engine guards) for Yamaha's big Tenere 700. Due yo it's weight and how it carries that weight up high, it is not a question of if but when it falls/crashes and also how many times.

But the top heaviness I would have to test for my riding style to see if it is a pass or fail. Right now I'm riding an Africa Twin Adventure Sports and it is too high and top heavy also. I will sell it in a year or two.
jesus christ. What is the actual process on this? Clutch up and just go for it? Do you increase throttle once you got that wheel up and lean over the top when you hit the object? I'm a complete noob but it baffles me. Nice Edit: Does this have a name too? Doing this I mean
Trials term would be a double blip, or something along those lines. I didn't have timing very well on it. You clutch\throttle the front up, and ideally you'd allow the front wheel to hit the obstacle, and then when the suspension is rebounding, dump the clutch to jump the bike up. I didn't do it very cleanly and well, more of a ham-fisted approach. Ain't always pretty, but I got up it, so no complaints. I'm no Tarres.
