Great review. We feel the same way. If you’re paying $1000+ a night you shouldn’t have to fight for pool chairs. We’re thinking about booking at the Waldorf or st Regis.
We've been four times. First visit in 2020. Food has slightly went down.. but I cook 3 meals a day so i enjoy the break everytime I go. Suspiro at breakfast and lunch is the best. Takeshi and the Mediterranean restaurant is amazing for supper. We LOVE this resort. Just ask the pool or beach staff to help you find a seat. They will remove items if they have been away for an hour. I absolutely LOVE this resort. The spa is absolutely amazing!!!! Hot stone for a couple .. pricey but worth it.
We LOVE Atelier, but I wouldn't go in "convention season." Not that we couldn't get hit with it in July, but I think that it helps that we travel in what is usually reserved for family vacations. Companies seem to love Jan-April and then pick back up in Sept-Nov from what I observe. Again, nothing is a guarantee. As you know from what I had shared on your FB page, I completely agree with you on the beach. We are going to a resort with an amazing beach for 4 nights before going to Atelier this summer for that reason. The food, in our opinion, is light years above any other AI we've been to, which includes 5 Sandals trips, 8 trips to EPM/ERC, Iberostar Grand, among others- But- our only disappointing meal actually was Cilento, which you mentioned not caring for. I do wish you'd had a chance to try more of the food. Unless things have changed, they really are doing things at a level beyond anything else we've experienced at an AI. Drinks are MILES above. thanks for the review we have been thinking about booking, and I do agree the chair thing is an issue, we went to an all inclusive last month and I noticed every day the same personal towels on the same chairs everyday and I never seen the people...
@@3Days3Noches I agree hate seeing pool/beach chairs with a towel/sandal to save. I did notice in Hawaii resorts have mini signs saying to saving seats, FCFS. I just sit in the chairs and use them until ppl show up. lol :)
Really good review Blanche! I am happy that you got the salad bar you always look for! Was the buffet open for all 3 meals? The pizza looked very disappointing. Sad about the chair game, totally hate that.
We were just there. La constadia, (i apologise for the spelling, I don't think it's right) the buffet in building 3, is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. It's not very big but the food is very very good in my opinion.
Thanks for the review! Staying at Atelier next week. Does anyone know: if you have Inspira/butler service, will your butler reserve poolside chairs for you and your partner in the morning? I'm hoping that alleviates the chair issue. Would love to hear from folks that had Inspira level. Thanks so much.
Thank you for the review. It's appreciated and informative. However, it would be nice if you gave more details about the food. Like what did you eat at suspiro? What was on the buffet that you liked beside the salad? Thank you :)

This is such an accurate review! We stayed in January for our honeymoon and liked it better than excellence el carmen, mainly because of the food. (The food is what makes me nervous to try EPM). I think there's definitely a learning curve to this resort. First, being in building 2 and requesting to be near the ocean helped us so much. Also we were able to try all the restaurants, so we know which ones to avoid. CILENTO WAS AWFUL, so i can see how you didnt have the best food experience. We found Takeshi and kopai to be the best! The beach set up is definitely kind of a bummer, but we made it work! We did save seats but found that we prefered to be further back anyways so that wasnt much of an issue (wind was so bad). I'm still looking for the perfect food/beach combo. Would love to try leblanc, but thats a little out of our price range.
I always love your reviews, thanks for this one! The resort layout seemed strange because you were staying in what used to be called the Estudio section, that used to be for families. I guess that part of the resort wasn't as much of a $ maker so the resort decided to make the whole property adults-only (age 16+). Do you know if the entire section by the main pool is now Inspira? That would be a bummer.
I appreciate your review and thoughts, and I’d never tell you your opinions are “wrong”. Reviews are subjective! So thank you for providing your thoughts and don’t sweat the folks that choose to disagree with you. Also, saving chairs with beach towels is awful!
Outside of our Bora Bora Trip, this is my favorite and the best all inclusive period. We go multiple times a year. Top notch and customer service is perfect. I keep trying to think of a flaw they have or room for improvements, i cant come up with one. I will say the set up of the buildings is a long walk at times, but i am not in a hurry on vacation. Plus it is nice to walk their scenic paths and enjoy the vegetation. Just a perfect place our family enjoys. Appreciate your detailed review, excellent work and production :) (side note - the lobby bar is just amazing to hang any time of day. And you all will enjoy their signature scent in the air in the large lobby area)
@@3Days3Noches This is the only resort in Playa Mujeres Ive been too. Went early on in 2020 when open, had wedding in June 21 ( on estudio side when it was family resort). I enjoy it so much, scared to go elsewhere. Appreciate your videos of the resorts in the area; give me good idea of what to expect! 👏🙂
@@brendaorleans2798 we were upgraded for free one time. the only difference I noticed is you get butler service and access to the rooftop pool during the day, which we used both of those amenities a little bit is all. Other than that the rooms are identical to all rooms at the resort.
I have stayed here 3 so far, back to back because it is that great. I have never had to fight or wait for a lounge cabana at the pool. You come down in the morning for breakfast, put your towels and or book there and that is it, it is yours. It is walkable without the Inspira upgrade, only a few minutes to the pool and to dining rooms in all directions. If you want to be on beach level with the swim out pool, then fine. The only difference is the swim out pool other then that, everything is within distance from your room.
Thanks for the review. I was searching another resort and this came up and have to respond as am an "Inspira" member. I however am going to be fair and thoughtful. We signed up because we were blown away by the Food & Accommodation, which are the most important things for us. Now an important factor too is the price point and yes Atelier has crept up and now is significantly more than Excellence, which is a comparable imo. They now are in the Aqua/Le Blanc range (haven't been there but heard good & bad based on the price). I think rightly you may not have been there long enough or are not one of those who just wants to try all the food and review or like me places such a high level of importance to it. Food last time there November was a little hit & miss, but still I think very good, as was at a Dreams then in February and could tell there is a significant difference (and food was good there and like all some hits and misses). Fresh juices (luv my fresh squeezed OJ) are a must imo and Atelier has them. To me detailed discussion about the food in videos is important. Suspira sit down breakfast is very good, and the healthy juice bar/light meals very good too. We found room service too great and best we've had (seldom order but again went to Xcaret and they are not on par). Funny I read people and how important the beach is, but last two times in perfect 80+ sunny weather and so few in the water and usually chairs by the beach empty, however your pictures were telling, as never seen so many on the beach. Will keep an eye out next trip. Rooms and amenities way above other resorts (especially snacks & toileteries). Coffee shop, pastries and bites very good (though Dreams Bahia Mita had a specatcular coffee shop). Overall fingers crossed that Atelier does improve some recent stumbles, but still a very good resort.
Thank you for doing this review!!! They are a dog-friendly resort...do you have any information on staying with your dog? Did you see any common areas in the resort where dogs were allowed?
Atelier was great, stayed 2 years ago and I would really recommend it if you want to relax or try Mexican food and there was a kids club which was really nice and the staff were really friendly and welcoming, definitely would go again!
Hi! Going here for our Honeymoon in December. Is there a specific reason you chose to use a travel agent rather than book directly? I am not seeing a ton of added value in using a travel agent and I’m wondering if I’m missing something! Thanks for the video!
Ty for watching!! Originally we were trying to do a group trip for the channel and it just didn’t pan out but the rates she got were a little better than public.
Ty for informative videos! I’ve watched your excellence review and this one as I am trying to decipher which one will be best for a quick getaway and worth the $. I am used to staying at hotel xcaret franchises with everything arranged so thank you for giving insight about the transportation!
I watched your videos all the time !?!? Because you are doing great job!!! Looks like we’re on a same page )))?!?! Vine is not my favourite , hanging out around pools not a good idea, only beach !!! Thanks again for another professional video!!!
Food and Drink quality, as well as the quality of the rooms, well exceed Excellence properties. Although, I will give it to Excellence when it comes to grounds, and EPM when it comes to the beach by a mile, but they can't hold a candle to the food and drink quality Atelier is offering. (8 trips to EPM/ERC for comparison and a clear decline in that quality in the past few years)
Hi, thank you for putting this video together. I am asking your advice, what all-inclusive resort would you recommend for nice beaches. Every all-inclusive I see or videos on they seem to be dirty or a mess of seaweed on the beach. My bf and I both love the beach as well but would love to find a resort with nice beaches. Thank you
The hotel zone is nice! So Sun Palace or Iberostar or Le Blanc depending on budget. It’s def a tough problem there right now. I’m also trying Secrets Playa Blanca in Costa Mujeres
We've been to this resort 3 times and twice with our dog. We love that there's a dog menu. We're considering heading back here in September OR heading to Secrets Akumal for the first time instead. We've been to a few Secrets resorts in Cancun. Also, I've seen that you have went to Secrets Akumal for your 50th birthday. Before I ask this question, I'll let you know that we're not beach people. We're more of lounging by the pool types with a cocktail. With that said, did you like Atelier or Secrets Akumal more? Thanks in advance if you're able to answer. If not, all good, and I enjoy the informative holiday content.
Thanks for the review. I think going in January caused alot of the problems for you but its hard to beat January weather. Was there anyplace nearby where you could rent a Jet Ski?
Love your videos and feedback! We've been to Haven Riviera Maya a few times and have had great experiences there but are considering Atelier Playa Mujeres. Have you reviewed or stayed at Haven before? Having trouble deciding!
Great video. Please tell me this. I have knee issues and going up and down stairs is a problem with me. Does this resort have facilities in place (elevators, ramps, golf carts etc) to help me get everywhere I might want to go? (ie: from room to restaurants, beach, pool etc..) Thanks so much, Steve S.
Have you posted your comparison between EPM and Atelier? Trying to decide between the two. Planning for July but also very worried about the sargassum.
@@3Days3Noches thank you! I’ve also been looking at secrets! My husband is an avid golfer. I think I’m leaning Excellence. Your atelier review was very helpful. My big priority is beach and walk ability of the resort. Do you know if they can arrange golf?
i was thinking for my wedding but now im going to keep looking. i like its all adult vide but 16yrs and up, for my youngest son . any other recommendations
I'm sorry you didn't have the chance to upgrade to Inspira. I was there in January and we had the Inspira room and it was amazing. The swimout room was great. The Inspiria service at the beach was great and the roof top too. I do agree that food wasn't amazing.
The one thing about inspra was the sky bar and pool where beautiful and had the best views. But that might be the only thing that I cared for in the upgrade.
@@3Days3Noches we had a swim out room. But it didn’t look any different then your room. But we where closer to the main pool. And the other good thing was the Buttler Service. They set up all our reservations for us and excursions. And let us know what was events where happening every day.
Great review. I am currently trying to play our ten year anniversary trip for Feb 25. We were trying to decide between EPM, Beloved, or here. Have you been to Beloved?
Im going to Atelier soon after going to Excellence in May. I LOVED Excellence but wanted to try something new, especially after Excellence didn’t have a night club and I wasn’t a fan of their evening entertainment which was giving nursing home to me. I did find the chair situation at Excellence HORRIBLE. Even being by myself it was near impossible to get a chair most of the time, until people started clearing out in the afternoon. I looked at booking Inspira for this trip but it was double the price which was just not reasonable for me.
Not this year but would def love to in the future. You can join our FB group too and ask there m.facebook.com/groups/572572378298675/?ref=share&mibextid=SDPelY
Hey there! It actually isn't in the app stores anymore. Previous versions downloaded before they pulled it off the app stores will still exist on phones, but you can't download it anymore as a new user. Confirmed this with the resort when I went in May because I was looking for it in March and remember seeing it in January on the app store. You'll scan a QR code once you arrive and will be able to access a full site in your browser with the ATI code and room number you're provided. Hope this helps!
@@3Days3Noches it was amazing!! I had never stayed at an all inclusive ever before impressions Isla Mujeres and I’ve only been to Mexico twice and stayed at Banyon tree and rosewood. So this was so different! Taking the catamaran over and back was icing on the cake. It would be so cool to see you all review it sometime!
Thank you! Those drinks look great, and those bartenders seem to know what they’re doing! The beach doesn’t look too beautiful in comparison to the Hotel Zone or Cozumel, and having to save seats by the pool is a no no for me. Gracias !
Ok I know it’s been a while you’ve made this so I hope you reply to this, I’ve been watching your videos, this is my first time going to cancun, firstly I don’t mind imperfections like minor things, but as a student some things are really important, like night life clubbing, gyms, spas, FOOD lol,etc and also price lol for students, I plan to go for 5-7 days not sure yet, what resorts do you recommend, also I really want to understand h the meaning of all inclusive, and all it covers I heard it covers food, accommodation, plane tickets, transportation, so alcohol, gym spa etc that’s everything, but in this video you said it didn’t cover transportation so could you please let me know all the things all inclusive covers just so I’m prepared enough money-wise, you also talked about going out to bars and restaurant are those also in the all inclusive? Or do I have to pay for them too, and lastly the activities do I have to pay for them too or are they covered, and then the hotel room meal order is that with the all inclusive or do I have to pay for that too? I know it’s long but please let me know
There are so many resorts here, and i have alot of recommendations here at atelier. This will be our first time, so do you think this would be a great choice for my wife and I? We love eating out and have lots of bars and nightlife.
I have a non-inspira level, ocean view room booked; will be visiting this resort for the first time next month. Hearing how brutal the chair game is really bums me out. I'm like you, Blanche in that I refuse to get up at the crack of dawn to reserve a chair. With what I'm paying, I shouldn't have to. The resort should really be policing that.
Test out my thoughts about approaching someone from club level and see if they will move some over! Would only work for the beach. Although I did see some of the pool guys bringing loungers out at the pool but it was way off to the side!! Can’t wait to hear about it!!
Thank you for this video. Nothing runs my BP up like people saving seats. We are going to book at Secrets. I feel like my husband and I will have a better experience in this area of concern. I also feel like the price difference between Inspira and regular level is kind of odd. We pay for luxury, but I feel like the price has to match the worth. It just seems kind of silly here. Thank you so much!
I'm new to the All inclusive resort, but will be going here in April-May. Is all food and drinks included in admission? Sorry for the ignorant question.
@Chig83838 I liked Excellence better but Atelier was more new and had bigger main pool. The beach experience at the club level in Excellence was amazing
The club was quiet during the week but they still had live music and some things to do. But not lively enough for me. I liked Excellence Playa Mujeres because every night they had a theme night
We just came back a few days ago and I wish I would have seen this review prior! We had a very similar underwhelming experience it was not worth the price or hype. The food wasn’t wowing it was just ok.
In regards to food, they have a lot of options, the highest rated would be Los Abrazos, which is an steakhouse style restaurant. In Suspiro you have Lobster also in the for dinning time and the food that they serve on the beach and pool as appetizers iS above standards as well as the drinks. The ONLY drawback from this hotel is that is not as "party" style as other ones on the riviera maya, however for couples, honeymooners or people just trying to get some good food, drinks and enjoy the quality of services, this is one of the best options. Butlers are very helpful, if its the first time you go, they will point you to the best places , they will even help you with the reservations and take you there personally ,they offer free ironing and polishing to your cloths and shoes, so you can go as fancy as possible to your night appointments. They give you also some good perks such as a free entry into MERA Lounge for your return.
Yep have to book the nicer level room but its expensive. Expecting the higher end perks for the much cheaper cost is dreaming. No one would pay the extra amount if you could get the same experience in all levels.
Chair Game is a HUGE NO for me especially for the price they are charging. Basically means, they over book. Rather charge more money for less capacity , but at their prices its already premium.
Just stayed here two weeks ago and it is definetly NOT worth it. Check in is a joke, had inspira booked through American Express FHR. I arrived at 2pm and with AMEX you get early check in and a free upgrade, not only did I have to wait till 4.30pm to finally get a room, they also said I would only get an upgrade if I paid. At check in they did not even offer a drink or anything. Only asked what scent I want on a pillow which they didn't even come and put on. The pools were always busy even the inspira ones, they don't let you reserve a place, so ended up not being able to use the pool at all. The rooms were nice though and the corner suite had a nice private space but got no sun. The restaurant booking again was a joke, you had someone who would book a table for you but all the restaurants were full. They eventually said we could have a table if we came at 6pm, we only got into our room at 5pm, ended up ordering room service. Room service was some of the worst food I have eaten, can't comment on the restaurants but for £1500 a night I would avoid this place. We checked out at 8am and caught an earlier flight to Miami as we were so annoyed about the whole place. I had stayed at Le Blanc for 3 nights before we came here and that was far superior on every level, Check in apart from the sales pitch was quick, food was good, pools were always quiet and had plenty of beds. The room at Atelier was the only thing better. Next time I would just stay at Le Blanc, its next to other bars and restaurants, we went for a massage only 5 mins away and was a quarter of the cost of Le Blanc. Hope this helps someone as we stayed at both because we were not sure and didn't want to miss out.
I think your review is wrong. I don’t think you stayed enough days to truly experience this place. We’ve been to 5 sandals, and other hotels in Mexico. Atelier is my top choice!! Everyone is so kind and the food is top notch at every single place! I’m sorry but I really don’t understand your “bad” or “could be better” reviews.. literally, what is there to complain about??
I didn’t give it a bad review so I’m not sure what you mean. I just said I personally wouldn’t go back based on my own personal preferences. Having to get up and save seats I just won’t do any more. Sorry you didn’t like the review. I thought it was very honest based on my experience
We just got home last night from our first 7 nights stay at Atelier. Agree… definitely didn’t stay long enough to experience all that the resort has to offer and all the restaurants that are available. I’m very particular when it comes to what I think is good food and I found most everything was delicious, top tier food for an AI, imo. Food is subjective anyway. If you don’t like having to get up early to save lounge chairs, I don’t think you will like ERC or Valentin Riviera Maya. People do the same thing. I had to get up early by 7 to get 2 loungers then get ready for breakfast, eat and then back to the lounge chairs. Many wouldn’t show up til much later or not at all. We went on a cruise for the first time last year (Celebrity) and people were saving seats early too. Smh, it’s really everywhere. I did notice the pool concierge and beach concierge were paying attention to how long the chairs were saved and would remove those items so someone can use it. We witnessed a woman gave the beach concierge a horrible attitude for removing her things from the 2 cabanas she tried to save. We have been on the beach more than an hour and she definitely was no where there and because he gave her cabanas away she demanded that he reserve her 2 for the next day. Of course he can’t do that for anyone. The resort can’t win. They’re trying to implement this “no saving seats for more than an hour”, but most likely the attendants will get all the hate. We felt so bad for the beach concierge. To me, a thorough review of a resort has to be at least 5 nights or more. Otherwise, it’s not a true experience review of a resort and what it has to offer. I loved the many murals and art deco around the resort and took tons of photos of them! They’re beautiful! It’s a beautiful resort with top notch service. I mean, a pool concierge went to each person on the lounge chair by the quiet pool to ask if they’d like a cool mist ( Evian cooling mist) on their face on a hot day, that’s service 😊
nice resort but they way overpriced especially in Mexico where you can go to other great resorts for much less like Excellence,The Hyatt’s or Beloved ,Secrets Maroma Beach
It is a great resort and there is always this back and forth. However will agree the pricing now is well above Excellence, which I consider the same level and at Aqua & Le Blanc. Very hard to differentiate. Food was more hit or miss then prior visit and that is a huge selling feature.
Half of what you are saying is not truth. I just came back from the resort. When you are getting the towels on the beach, you are asked if you have been sitting already. If you don't see the chairs on the beach in the location that you like, you tell the employees, and they bring more chairs and place them where you want them to be. To get to the quiet pool, you don't have to walk. There is a golf card going back and forth and even covered sitting bus stops. A nd many other things.
Thank you for this! I’m sorry that it upset you. No one asked us anything. I think they were short staffed. We did ask the employees and many people did as well. You will see in the footage many people were sitting on towels on the beach. I did say in the video you could take a golf cart. I also added that they were few and far between. Again maybe short staffed that week. It’s not reason for you to spread hate. I love when people add their feedback because yes I’m Not perfect. My videos are meant to give information. Again my apologies
@3Days3Noches I will apologize also. I just realized that you were there 9 months ago and I was there last week. Possibly they improved. It is a beautiful resort.

@gdhunt19 Ty for watching!!!
@@gdhunt19 have you upgrade to the inspira??
Such great perspective!!! Thank you so much !
This is so good!!! Ty. It will help others too
Fabulous video as always! Little too overpriced for me but it is very pretty. Blessings!
Ty for watching 🥰🥰as always!!
Thank you for doing this review!!! They are a dog-friendly resort...do you have any information on staying with your dog? Did you see any common areas in the resort where dogs were allowed?
Ty for watching! I actually don’t remember ever seeing a dog 🤣
There were a number of dogs on the resort when we were there. I dont know about a common but they were on the beach and on the main walkways.
Great review! Are you able to order cocktails at suspiro or the buffet at breakfast? I know the bars don’t open until 10am. Thanks!
They have a mimosa and screwdriver bar 😎. Not that I was looking for it 🤣. Ty for watching!
Atelier was great, stayed 2 years ago and I would really recommend it if you want to relax or try Mexican food and there was a kids club which was really nice and the staff were really friendly and welcoming, definitely would go again!
Since then I think it’s just adults only now

Looks like we’re on a same page )))?!?!
Vine is not my favourite , hanging out around pools not a good idea, only beach !!! Thanks again for another professional video!!!
Ty so much for watching!!!!! I’ve heard the Vine kind of has slipped some on quality?
I think a spot on review... seems like a nice resort but vastly overpriced... should be in line with a Majestic or Excellence property price wise
Yes they are def playing on the hype of getting all the awards
Food and Drink quality, as well as the quality of the rooms, well exceed Excellence properties. Although, I will give it to Excellence when it comes to grounds, and EPM when it comes to the beach by a mile, but they can't hold a candle to the food and drink quality Atelier is offering. (8 trips to EPM/ERC for comparison and a clear decline in that quality in the past few years)
@@kimberlylinhamthank for this comment , I wanted to go to excellence, but not if the food is mid
Hi Blanche,
Headed there in 30 days, just did my Visitax. Did you carded for it, or see anyone being asked for their QR code?
I did not! Have so much fun!
I’m also trying Secrets Playa Blanca in Costa Mujeres
can you do a review of the hyatt ziva?
I would love to go there! Maybe over the summer!
Considering here and EPM for March 2025, looking forward to the comparison!
I personally liked EPm better. But stay tuned!
Looking forward to the Excellence comparison!
Ty!!!
Yes can you tell me which you prefer out of Atelier and Excellence?
@AH-pi3ct making the video now and will release by EOD
Ty so much for watching!! Such a hard call. If you truly love Atelier maybe that’s the spot. Plus they accept dogs
Love this review! We were thinking of going to Atelier for our honeymoon this fall. Do you recommend another resort im this area for a honeymoon?

Love your videos and feedback! We've been to Haven Riviera Maya a few times and have had great experiences there but are considering Atelier Playa Mujeres. Have you reviewed or stayed at Haven before? Having trouble deciding!
I went there before the Channel. Atelier is way better. The food isn’t great at Haven or the beach!
@@3Days3Noches Sold!! Thanks so much! Food is definitely lacking at Haven.
Yes! But it’s a hard resort to navigate in general. Have you considered Excellence Playa Mujeres. Easier to navigate!!
Great review! I was wondering if they had a hefty $600 hold when checking in similar to the “Excellence” ?
I think it was $400. Ty for watching!!!
Thank you!
Have you posted your comparison between EPM and Atelier? Trying to decide between the two. Planning for July but also very worried about the sargassum.
I have not bc I decided to try Secrets Playa Mujeres in June and compare them all but I’ll do a Tik Tok on it.

I'm sorry you didn't have the chance to upgrade to Inspira. I was there in January and we had the Inspira room and it was amazing. The swimout room was great. The Inspiria service at the beach was great and the roof top too.
I do agree that food wasn't amazing.
Omg I bet!! Ty for the comment!
The one thing about inspra was the sky bar and pool where beautiful and had the best views. But that might be the only thing that I cared for in the upgrade.
Good to know! You didn’t get better rooms or beach service?
@@3Days3Noches we had a swim out room. But it didn’t look any different then your room. But we where closer to the main pool. And the other good thing was the Buttler Service. They set up all our reservations for us and excursions. And let us know what was events where happening every day.

Thanks for watching it!!
Inspira is over rated, you get like a swimout with inspira and hard liquor in your room. I have been a few times and you don't need it.
@mikejones5364 I think you’re right
Any plans to stay/review at the TRS Coral in Playa Mujeres?
Not this year but would def love to in the future. You can join our FB group too and ask there m.facebook.com/groups/572572378298675/?ref=share&mibextid=SDPelY
With the long walks needed through out the resort, do they do any accommodations for people that have health problems that don’t allow long walks?
Yes they have golf carts!

At what point do you arrange your transportation with Nacho Tours?
As soon as you have your flight and resort up to at least 30 days before your trip
Just booked a trip from dec 7 to 14! I can't find the iPhone app in the appstore?
Yayy! It’s there. It’s black background with a white cursive like A. Under Atelier

I know it’s long but please let me know
Check out Secrets Maroma! Top notch!
I did not see this comment - sorry :(
I don't care for the jacuzzi tubs. I often find that they're not clean. Was the shower a rainfall? I couldn't tell.
Yes it was!!!
It’s a rainfall shower head but it’s about half the size of the one at excellence.
There are so many resorts here, and i have alot of recommendations here at atelier. This will be our first time, so do you think this would be a great choice for my wife and I? We love eating out and have lots of bars and nightlife.
Yes I do!! The bar scene is amazing
@3Days3Noches , I'll give that a try on the beach! As this will be a solo trip, I'm truly hoping needing only one chair will work in my favor!
@3Days3Noches , I have to say though, the room looks incredible! Very much looking forward to that!
@PCthechef I’m sure it will!!!
Agree with all of this lol. Thanks for watching!!

I haven’t been!! It’s more quiet
Do you get to keep the beach bag hahah its so cute!
You do not. And if you want to it’s like $80 😂
they provide private transportation by FREE if these situations are met:
Upfront payment in advance
Inspira Level

Whats better this or le blanc
Depends on the vibe. Le Blanc I preferred bc it was smaller and easier to navigate but Atelier had better rooms and more fun
This is amazing! Ty!!
Wow! Now I'm not so sure I want to book there.

Who has the best food then?
Honestly food is so subjective. I feel like everyone has different tastes. But Atelier was good so was Excellence Playa Mujeres and Le Blanc
I agree we just got back from there and definitely nothing to complain about.
Ty so much!
Thanks for this comment , i'm just basically looking for a place that has food that's as good as at least Outback Steakhouse
Don’t like the no seats at the pool.

@@3Days3Noches yes
It is a great resort and there is always this back and forth. However will agree the pricing now is well above Excellence, which I consider the same level and at Aqua & Le Blanc. Very hard to differentiate. Food was more hit or miss then prior visit and that is a huge selling feature.
@@Anthony327F good points
@Anthony327F agree!
